Fiona at Saks Ilkley is a very skilled hairdresser and the haircut for my thick and wavy hair turned out exactly how I wanted - light, well shaped, easy to manage and style at home. An enjoyable experience. I’d definitely recommend.

A really lovely experience having my hair cut by Joseph, the salon is clean and relaxing and the cut was brilliant. Really happy and will definitely be back for my next cut. Joseph is a lovely man too!

Fiona has been cutting and styling my hair for many years now and i wouldn't ever use anyone else. Both Fiona and Joseph are very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable and it's always a lovely experience to visit the salon.
Fiona recently saved me after a horrendous emergency hair 'trim' for an important occasion where i visited a local hairdresser due to Fiona being unwell and away from work...big mistake! My 'trim' at this local salon turned into a grade 2 shave at the back of my head. I was so upset by it all but Fiona took me through a full strategy to get my hair back to its normal shoulder length, fully reviewing all options for me. My hair growth and trimming strategy took months but she helped and guided me back to me feeling happy again with my hair. I will always be extremely grateful for her advice and support. She listens and truly cares about her clients aims and will always be honest about what is achievable. Having trust in your hairdresser is so important and i would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to try a new salon. Thank you Fiona! xx

Been coming to SACS for years . Consultant in their high quality service . Always very receptive to my needs for a hair style . Always very accommodating at both planned appointments and last minute bookings . Aftercare is first class as a stylist. High quality of hairdressing and at a reasonable cost in comparison to city high street salons . I will again return .
