Enjoyed my visit very much. My hair is lovely, I am very pleased with it, This is my second visit and I am really glad I chose Saks. Fiona is lovely and we always have a chat first to see how I want my hair cutting. I have definitely found my new hairdresser. The atmosphere in the salon is nice and elaxing. Thank you Fiona.

Joseph has been cutting my hair now for 10 years+. The quality of the hair cuts are consistently excellent and he always puts in the effort into getting everything just right for me. Over the years, I have always left feeling very happy with the result.

Joseph was extremely helpful after I had to cancel at very short notice after an illness.
Thank you, the consideration given at that time made me feel special.

Joseph is so kind and even remembers things about his clients, which always makes people feel important. I always enjoy my visits to the salon and I'm always happy with my haircut but I can never make it look as good as Joseph can.

I had a keratin treatment with Joseph, who is lovely, he explained the whole treatment to me before he started. I didn’t like my hairstyle and asked if he could put some layers in for me, which he did when it was dried, I love the outcome. Overall I had a first class service.

I had the most wonderful blowdry today with Fiona. I called up last minute and she was so accommodating. The salon is lovely and my blowdry is perfect. Can’t recommend enough!

Joseph always cuts my hair to my liking. Has no problem if I what to change styles. Some time ago I mentioned having a problem with my scalp which a well known brand I was using had failed to improve.Joseph provided advice and on asking recommended a shampoo and conditioner. Since using both have not had a problem. The products also last considerably longer than the previous brand.

Joseph and Fiona are a great team offering a welcoming and professional salon experience. Love getting my hair cut here.💛 💇‍♀️

Fiona has been cutting and styling my hair for many years now and i wouldn't ever use anyone else. Both Fiona and Joseph are very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable and it's always a lovely experience to visit the salon.
Fiona recently saved me after a horrendous emergency hair 'trim' for an important occasion where i visited a local hairdresser due to Fiona being unwell and away from work...big mistake! My 'trim' at this local salon turned into a grade 2 shave at the back of my head. I was so upset by it all but Fiona took me through a full strategy to get my hair back to its normal shoulder length, fully reviewing all options for me. My hair growth and trimming strategy took months but she helped and guided me back to me feeling happy again with my hair. I will always be extremely grateful for her advice and support. She listens and truly cares about her clients aims and will always be honest about what is achievable. Having trust in your hairdresser is so important and i would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to try a new salon. Thank you Fiona! xx
