A wonderful experience as always, nothing is too much trouble. Came away feeling super!

I gave Ella a brief spec of Autumnal half head and let her chose the colours and technique - I was not disappointed!

I honestly had the best haircut experience of my life. Sound cliche but I really did. I laughed, I got to share some funny stories and hear some funny stories. My hair got pampered and treated well, as it was long over due. The overall haircut is lush and I love it. I can’t thank Tamara enough for her service and being a wonderful person.

Morgan once again my hair looks amazing! I love even if I didn't sound like I did just wasn't used to it not being pink after 6 months of that it looks amazing and I feel so much better now it's all good I never have to worry about my hair when you do it unlike hair dressers I have in the past that is why I refuse to go anywhere else. i absolutely loved my time at the salon today, tamara knows exactly what shes doing, she does exactly what the customer asks for, because she did what i asked for & some more! shes incredible at what she does, will be booking her for my next salon appointment!

Having not been to the salon before, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had a lovely experience with Ellie who listened to my concerns regarding postpartum hair loss and advised me accordingly. I explained I wanted a quick easy short hair cut which would have been a quick easy style for her to complete. Instead, she went through the options I had to make my hair appear fuller and we ended up with a beautiful style I didn’t imagine having with such fine hair. Will be happy to return. I’m sure she was called lyndsey so hope I’m right in that, I ha e no idea about hair but she chatted with me about what she thought would be the best course of action, which I agreed with and my hair was fabulous, she showed me a before and after picture and i couldn’t believe the magic she had worked on my hair, all the other staff were really friendly, offering me coffee and chatting, my new hairdresser for real ?

I have had Ellie (small Ellie) on 2 of this occasions and she is such a pleasure she is professional and always manages to give a wonderful service. Am really sorry forgot names. I look after a lady with mild learning disabilities and we had a massage, pedicure and afternoon tea for her birthday treat. This was a first for both of us and the 2 ladies looking after us made everything easy. They explained as we went along and were lovely. We felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout. Defo go again soon.

Had a lovely time! Just what i needed, left feeling very relaxed!

My eyelashes done in another salon were falling out before my wedding making me panic that I would not have the look I wanted. I contacted tranquil by Instagram and they responded straight away. I had a consultation and patch test the next day and had the lashes that I wanted the next day after. They were so attentive, caring and professional that I can’t recommend them enough.

My eyes have never looked better and I will for sure be travelling back to get them done here again.

Felt so welcome by every one in the salon, Ashleigh listened to what I wanted and gave me more, she slyled to suit my face and styled it great, I will be going back to her again.

I've been twice and both times I have been made to feel at ease as I am someone who puts off getting their haircut. Ella was informative, took her time to style my hair and gave me great advice on how to look after my hair which I appreciated. I thought my hair was in the damaged category but I'm actually more in the fine/dry category.

The salon is great. The girls are welcoming and friendly. Lyndsey is amazing at what she does. Always a great experience.

After working wearing full ppe in a medical environment, and this recent hot weather, I needed a refreshing cut and blow dry. I had my hair done and it looked amazing and healthier than its looked in awhile. Girls was lovely chatty and confident .
I'll definitely be back as soon as possible to have this again.
And be referring friends to go along and get booked in too.
