Great guidance regarding grey blending and Millie was patient, professional and friendly with some good ideas about moving forward and embracing my greys through blending Felt comfortable and welcomed as it was my first visit to Rubies

Really lovely atmosphere in salon. All staff seemed really lovely, Millie helped me on the phone and Issy did my treatment and both were absolutely exceptional, so informative and helpful and just lovely people too.

I made a spontaneous decision to get my hair highlighted after reading that a change in hair color can lift your mood — and it truly did! I struggled to get an appointment, but when I called Rubies, Issy picked up and was so helpful. She quickly arranged a skin test and managed to fit me in right away. From start to finish, she was kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but she guided me perfectly. The whole process was smooth, and the end result is amazing! I walked out feeling happy, emotional, and so much more confident. Thank you, Issy, for not just the beautiful highlights but also for brightening my week! 💛

Always a fab experience with Kiara. She fully listens to what I want and executes my weird choppy style perfectly. She has created the most amazing shade of blonde on my hair that I've never achieved before, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Plus the salon itself is my favourite I've experienced, clean, warm, calming, friendly.
All the girls work very hard to make sure our wants/needs are met

I went for a complete restyle. Louise spent time talking about all aspects of my hair and what I was looking for. I’m super-pleased with the cut which is even better than I expected. I’m glad I found this salon.

Millie always listens to what I want and gives great advice in response. She’s genuine and really looks after the clients she cares for. She’s a great stylist and always takes a genuine interest in your life, goodness knows how she remembers even the tiniest of details!

Macy coloured my roots perfectly again and an excellent blow dry and straightened. She explained products she was using at each stage. Really pleased with final result.

A lovely helpful friendly response to my call and once I found the salon used the lovely loo and was greeted and left my coat then had an understanding consultation and nice cuppa and wash and cut and dry. Good conversation. Flexible and considerate

Roots refresh and a lovely stylish blow dry with Massie

I had a great cut and finish ,change of style with lots of good advice ,exactly what I asked for!

As i am 32 weeks pregnant with twins its very differcult to wash my own hair, so iv booked in now for afew weeks for a wash and blow dry. Came out feeling relaxed and my hair so fresh. Macy went through what i would like as a style finish, different products she used and why, but not in a pushy sales way,it was nice to know what and why she was using, my scalp is very dry, but gets really oily due to my pregnancy hormones, and she used the lavender and mint range which smelt devine! Thanks Macy, looking forward to my future appointments.
