Millie is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable. She has amazing skills and made my daughter feel at ease and pampered as well as feel so happy with her haircut and the styling.

I’ve just been for a hair consultation after not setting foot in a hairdresser’s for about 10 years! I’ve always been quite anxious about going, especially as I’m looking for a completely different look.

The lady who did my consultation was absolutely lovely. She was so friendly, professional and chatty, and really put me at ease from the moment I arrived. She listened to what I wanted and took some strands of hair away for testing, so fingers crossed the results mean I can go ahead with the style I’d love!

I came away feeling really positive about the whole experience, and thanks to how comfortable she made me feel, I’m nowhere near as nervous about going back. A really lovely first experience!

For personal reasons, I needed a very quick turnaround. Ben came back from having his lunch and did his usual great job

Macy was amazing during my hair cut today. She discussed all the options with me and was did not rush.

Macy made me feel super comfortable when coming in to the salon and offered me refreshments on arrival. I don’t usually go to a salon so this relaxed me and made my experience enjoyable. She did a detailed consultation about the best way to cut and style my hair while also informing me about the products she was using at the time. The result turned out better than i could imagine. 10/10 experience

Macy did an amazing job of bringing my lifeless hair back to life. I didn’t really know what I wanted and she took the time to talk me through her ideas. I’m thrilled with the results, it’s a lovely cut and she was happy to keep taking a bit more off to get the length that was just right. Friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Today was my first visit to Rubies & I was booked in with Annabelle. She took the time to understand how often I had my hair cut & how I managed my hair on a daily basis. We talked about the areas of my hair that drive me mad & came up with a solution. The outcome was great, just what I wanted. I left feeling & looking fantastic. Macy started with a consultation on my hair colour, we discussed how well the colour had lasted and how happy I was with it. Macy was brilliant with blow drying my hair, she talked through products and even took extra time to show me how to style my hair wavy using straighteners. Thoroughly enjoyed my appointment today. Thank you Macy! I would just like to add that everyone who works at the salon are friendly and make you feel very welcome.

Love coming to Rubies and being looked after. Good chat, coffee and relaxing knowing my hair is being well treated. Louise helped me change things up a bit and I was super happy with my new shorter cut.

I honestly cannot thank Ben enough. From consultation to my appointment nothing was too much trouble. Ben firstly rectified a terrible cut done at a different salon and went on to produce the exact colour and pretty much the same style as I wanted.

Went in for a cut but discussing with Millie agreed I needed a restyled. So happy with the outcome I feel years younger.

I always love my experience at Rubies from all the team, they are so lovely and helpful, but I get my cut from Millie and she is really amazing. She has helped me grow my hair out and keep it in amazing condition for the first time ever despite various hair dyes etc. Thank you so much I am really happy with it ❤️❤️❤️
