It was my “long” appointment today. Full head foils etc. Totally enjoyable experience. Lots of laughs and loving the hair. Time never drags at Rubies. Love Millie and the rest of the team. X

Went yesterday for a roots and a trim roots was alright but the haircut was very bad, she did my haircut before and had been good in the past but this time she just cut my hair carelessly, I asked for a trim of my bob Which over grew my shoulders and wanted it to the end of my neck but a whole lot shorter hair just cut off she seemed in a hurry and wanted to finish with me and didn't cut it a as I asked her, I have a holiday booked and my hair is ruined,I'm never coming back

I don’t usually treat myself by going to the hair dresser, my husband booked me in for a surprise and from the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome, I was made a lovely caramel latte and a gift basket of chocolates to choose from, from start to finish was a great experience, will definitely be back. Thank you ☺️

Had a colour and blow dry just before a weekend away and I could not believe how well the style stayed in place and was just perfect all weekend long, fabulous

The nicest salon experience I’ve ever had, was made to feel so comfortable and welcome from start to finish. Was recommended Millie’s services by a friend, she saw my vision straight away and was able to match my natural roots to the perfect colour dye for the ends, a real hair fairy! Following a consultation, I had a lighter toner and it’s done the job. Ready for summer. I love the experience of coming here from being met at reception, the colour room and the cutting room. The atmosphere is always an enjoyable one. I look forward to my appointment.

My experience in the salon today was amazing, everyone was so friendly and helpful.
Talked me through each step and helped me to decide on which style/colour.

Ben knows me well and knows exactly what I want. I wanted a blow dry for my birthday meal tomorrow, so I needed it to last. He did a great job as always.

Another great cut from Ben. He always kindly asks what I want even though I always have the same 🤣 just in case I might have changed my mind! Cut is always excellent & I love that fresh cut salon feeling.

My daughter has never had her hair washed in hairdressers she loved it!!! Thank you so much!!!!

I had my hair coloured and cut with Izzy yesterday. I absolutely love it. I have gone from a harsh dark brown/ black colour to a lovely warm, caramel brown. She spent a lot of time making sure the colour was developing as it should and the results are so worth it. Thank you so much, it’s just what I wanted xx

I've been coming to see Millie for a year now. When I came, I had been box dying my hair almost black, but was wanting to go ash blonde as my greys were starting to come. Millie advised me of exactly what she thought would be the best route to get to my goal, whilst keeping my hairs condition. Today we reached the goal, and its so much better than I even imagined! Rubies is a friendly and knowledgeable salon, relaxed but professional atmosphere, and Millie is just amazing! x

Just love going to Rubies. The salon is great and all the staff are friendly and professional. Louise is an expert at guiding me with choices for my hair especially when having a cut and colour. I always feel relaxed and cared for and leave feeling good about myself and my hair.

Always does a slick and professional job with a slice of entertainment too! Hair looks and feels fabulous after every visit.

Ben did a great job,roots a cut and blow dry.
The products were amazing and my hair had a beautiful shine, with bouncing spiral curl's.
He gave advice on how best to achieve this look.

Hadn’t seen Millie since before Christmas. It was lovely to see her today and do her usual brilliant job on my hair.

What can I say. Ben knows my colour and he knows how I want my hair to look and styled and then he has works his magic. My style/cut stays in shape all the time, even when I go to the salon again for my next appointment to re colour and a cut. I ask what shampoo/conditioner for my hair, ben always advices me. I always buy my hair products from Rubies. No where else. Thank you Ben and Rubies.

Spending time at Rubies is one of my favourite things to do. Whilst I’m there I can read and switch off from daily life, we chat and always had a laugh with the stylist, I sip coffee and get offered delicious sweet treats. And at the end of it I come away feeling uplifted, and always with my hair looking fabulous 💕
