I had my hair coloured and cut with Izzy yesterday. I absolutely love it. I have gone from a harsh dark brown/ black colour to a lovely warm, caramel brown. She spent a lot of time making sure the colour was developing as it should and the results are so worth it. Thank you so much, it’s just what I wanted xx

I've been coming to see Millie for a year now. When I came, I had been box dying my hair almost black, but was wanting to go ash blonde as my greys were starting to come. Millie advised me of exactly what she thought would be the best route to get to my goal, whilst keeping my hairs condition. Today we reached the goal, and its so much better than I even imagined! Rubies is a friendly and knowledgeable salon, relaxed but professional atmosphere, and Millie is just amazing! x

Just love going to Rubies. The salon is great and all the staff are friendly and professional. Louise is an expert at guiding me with choices for my hair especially when having a cut and colour. I always feel relaxed and cared for and leave feeling good about myself and my hair.

Always does a slick and professional job with a slice of entertainment too! Hair looks and feels fabulous after every visit.

Ben did a great job,roots a cut and blow dry.
The products were amazing and my hair had a beautiful shine, with bouncing spiral curl's.
He gave advice on how best to achieve this look.

Hadn’t seen Millie since before Christmas. It was lovely to see her today and do her usual brilliant job on my hair.

What can I say. Ben knows my colour and he knows how I want my hair to look and styled and then he has works his magic. My style/cut stays in shape all the time, even when I go to the salon again for my next appointment to re colour and a cut. I ask what shampoo/conditioner for my hair, ben always advices me. I always buy my hair products from Rubies. No where else. Thank you Ben and Rubies.

Spending time at Rubies is one of my favourite things to do. Whilst I’m there I can read and switch off from daily life, we chat and always had a laugh with the stylist, I sip coffee and get offered delicious sweet treats. And at the end of it I come away feeling uplifted, and always with my hair looking fabulous 💕

1st visit not enough cut. 2nd visit hacked my hair. The middle of my hair was cut really short and the sides left long like and inadvertent mullet. 3 months later is it sill growing out. Then has the cheek to increase the price by £5 (Nov appt) when price rises normally happen In the new year

Went in for my Christmas haircut today with Ben. I wanted to change my style from a straight bob to a more layered cut . Really happy with it. Ben always knows what I want. Had a coffee and mince pie too. Happy Christmas.

Saw Issy on my first visit to Rubys. Can’t fault anything from booking to customer service to environmental but mostly completely love my hair.
