1st visit not enough cut. 2nd visit hacked my hair. The middle of my hair was cut really short and the sides left long like and inadvertent mullet. 3 months later is it sill growing out. Then has the cheek to increase the price by £5 (Nov appt) when price rises normally happen In the new year

My first time visiting Rubies today after not having a haircut in over a year. My hair was so dull and lifeless and Kiara brought it (and me) back to life. Kiara is so genuine and welcoming, we had a lovely chat and she offered advice about concerns I have with my hair. I've already booked my next appointment and can't wait. Thank you!

Went in for my Christmas haircut today with Ben. I wanted to change my style from a straight bob to a more layered cut . Really happy with it. Ben always knows what I want. Had a coffee and mince pie too. Happy Christmas.

Saw Issy on my first visit to Rubys. Can’t fault anything from booking to customer service to environmental but mostly completely love my hair. I usually leave a hairdressers dissatisfied and upset but for the first time in forever I am totally delighted with my hair. Thank you Rubys. Thank you Issy.

I made a spontaneous decision to get my hair highlighted after reading that a change in hair color can lift your mood — and it truly did! I struggled to get an appointment, but when I called Rubies, Issy picked up and was so helpful. She quickly arranged a skin test and managed to fit me in right away. From start to finish, she was kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but she guided me perfectly. The whole process was smooth, and the end result is amazing! I walked out feeling happy, emotional, and so much more confident. Thank you, Issy, for not just the beautiful highlights but also for brightening my week! 💛

Always a fab experience with Kiara. She fully listens to what I want and executes my weird choppy style perfectly. She has created the most amazing shade of blonde on my hair that I've never achieved before, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Plus the salon itself is my favourite I've experienced, clean, warm, calming, friendly.
All the girls work very hard to make sure our wants/needs are met
