A great environment, all staff are friendly and Ben is just brilliant. I’ve previously tended to chop and change salons and often left it far too long between haircuts but no longer. Ben is lovely to chat with but most importantly, really knows his stuff, he’s coaxed some amazing natural curls from my previously just wavy hair and I love it! Highly recommended.

After being let down by a friend to redo my hair post-surgery, I rang the salon (that I’d never been to) in a bit of a panic. Not only was I fitted in quickly, but I was treated with care, compassion and left feeling much brighter. I was expecting a higher bill, asked if they’d please charge me double, but they refused. Thank you so much for being there when I needed to feel a bit more me and exceeding my expectations. A special mention to Nacy who was just wonderful.

My first time at the salon, I was greeted with a smile, friendly and professional service throughout and I couldn’t be happier with my hair. Issy did such a great job finding out what I wanted and recreating it, keeping in mind my need for low maintenance upkeep. Cannot thank you enough.

Where else could I go to get a stylist that knows exactly what suits me best and gives the best advice. Can't recommend her highly enough. Had a few hairdresses over the years but none came close to Anabelle. I am not creative so to have someone telling me what suits me best was a life changer. Best hair ever. She has done my hair for a few years now and I will not go anywhere else. What a star.

Excellent service, hair looked amazing after it was restyled after a previous cut elsewhere that left it damaged. Very good explanation of profits used and how I could them.. Booked in to go back and looking forward to it. Would recommend.

Unlike some I am not very good been in the hairdressers for 3 hour having a cut and colour, but Ben is excellent and did a great on of putting 70 foils in my short hair! and a lovely cut as usual. Thank you

Isabel, the trainee that did my hair couldn’t have been nicer. She did a fabulous job with my hair. I was made very welcome and offered refreshments on more than one occasion.

Beautiful! Annabelle cut quite a lot of length off my daughter today and it looked amazing. She made Mila feel so comfortable and the whole process was really easy.

I asked Annabelle to give me a whole new look. We talked though ideas I had and she gave her professional advice including how I would manage it day to day and ways to style it myself. It was everything I dreamed it to be - I love it!! I feel like a new woman!

Always a great experience at Rubies. I know I will be well cared for and be given good advice about my hair from Louise. I always come away feeling better about myself. Lovely atmosphere in the salon with a variety drinks readily available. Wouldn't go any where else.

Walked in with messy dreadful hair, came out with gorgeous hair, as always. Millie has got me through the difficult transition to natural gray with patience love and understanding, she deserves a medal!
