It was my first time here and I was a bit anxious that my eyebrows would be tinted too dark. Samera asked me what I wanted to achieve in tint colour and thickness which I thought was really good. I have had a bad experience elsewhere and didn't want to experience that again. I needn't have worried as my eye brows turned out just as I wanted. Very pleased. Thank you

I came in with half dead hair, damaged from heat and bleach, I hadn’t been to a hairdresser in a year and had also suffered postpartum hair loss/regrowth frizz… I needed a miracle and I got one! Damaged hair gone, fresh and healthy hair tactfully cut for my curls/to disguise regrowth. Alicia talked me through every stage, listened to what I needed and wanted and I walked out of her chair feeling full of confidence, thank you!!!

After a really upsetting experience elsewhere, I was recommended to Nicole for a colour correction, and I honestly can’t thank her enough.
From the moment I walked in, she was kind, professional and completely put me at ease. She took the time to assess my hair properly, explained everything clearly, and was honest about what could safely be achieved. Rather than risking further damage, she prioritised the health of my hair and came up with a long-term plan to get me back to the blonde I love.
The transformation she achieved in just one appointment was incredible. My hair looks healthy again, the colour is beautifully blended, and I finally left a salon feeling reassured instead of devastated.
Nicole is exceptionally knowledgeable, genuinely cares about her clients, and her attention to detail is second to none. If you’re looking for someone you can truly trust—especially for colour correction—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Had an Olaplex treatment and Colour consultation and everything was excellent and very happy with the service. Slightly disappointed that at the backwash the back of my collar got soaked and the service seemed rushed but overall very satisfied and have booked again.
