Excellent friendly experience
Claire cut my hair today. I am super pleased with it and it was a great experience all round. I would highly recommend!
We had a consultation the day before for a big haircut, going from very long hair to very short, and Clare spent so much time answering questions and making sure everything felt right, all at no extra cost.
On the day, she was so patient, kind and reassuring, explaining everything throughout and making what could have been a nerve wracking experience feel calm and positive. She also made sure the salon was quiet, with no one else there, which made such a difference for sensory needs.
The haircut is absolutely perfect and exactly what was wanted. Clare is not only incredibly skilled, but genuinely thoughtful and understanding too. We are so grateful and would highly recommend her.

booked a last minute appointment and i had a great experience getting a wash, cut and blowdry at quick, it was my first time visiting and Leah worked with me to decide how much we needed to take off for my hair to feel fuller and healthier. The experience was great from start to finish (particularly enjoyed the head massage) and my hair looks fab.
Once again a great experience, skill and consideration shown to me and Claire knows how to make a dull and stressful day good.

Walk in, without appointment. Super helpful and welcoming for an elderly lady with dementia. The stylist took her time, listened and made mum feel super comfortable. Although the salon is small, it was clean and functional, and felt safe and welcoming. Mum's delighted with the cut and blow dry and now she's discovered it, im sure she will become a regular.
