Appalling customer service the hairdresser messed my hair up wanted a simple sleek bob with ash blonde highlights ended up with wonky bob and orange tinge highlights told them I was not happy with the results, the manager was so rude and unprofessional said the colour is what I asked for was not willing to fix the mistake. I had to go to a different hairdresser who was shocked that a hairdresser had done this. Shocked that this place is actually open with such poor standards of customer service.
Booked for a colour and cut - barely trimmed it and could still see grey hair when left salon - after two weeks hair faded and see the grey fully
