Lily was amazing, spoke through everything in detail and made sure to explain everything from how shades will turn out and what works best with what I want and how much I want to visit, we did a new cut which turned out so lovely she made sure to listen to every detail and what I wanted to achieve. Super bubbly and friendly as well as professional made me feel very at ease

I visited Lily on Saturday for a rebond treatment and had a really great experience. Lily was friendly, polite, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to explain why the rebond treatment would be beneficial for my hair and talked me through the whole process.
What I appreciated most was that she also gave helpful advice on what I can do at home to maintain healthy hair and keep the results looking their best. It’s clear that Lily genuinely cares about her clients and the health of their hair.
