I have been having Olivia do my hair for the past 3 years now and every time she does such an amazing job. She’s also so easy to talk to and makes me feel welcome every time. I no longer live in Billingshurst but still make the trip for her to do my hair as it always looks so lovely after she has done it. Thank you Olivia! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A very pleasant haircut experience at Coco’s today. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful and Olly is a skilled hairdresser who does a very nice cut and finish. Good quality products are used at the salon which I have been using at home and was able to purchase more of..

I was a bit worried as I had been w the same hair stylist for over 5yrs. Chris took one look at my hair and knew exactly what my curly/wavy hair needed. Also covered my grey and my hair has great colour depth with covering the grey. Definitely returning!! Plus, Chris and his staff are all very friendly and make you feel comfortable the minute you walk in the door!

Liv worked magic on my hair, I had an idea of what I wanted and she made my hair look exactly how I wanted it! She made the whole appointment very comforting all of the staff were very nice. She talked me through every step of the way making sure I was happy with what she was doing! Thank you so much Liv I love my hair!!

Visited for a shampoo and finish - what a fantastic experience. Joe was so helpful regarding products and styling tips and he really listened to what I wanted from my hair.

Really delightful...careful cutting so no scary moments..consultation before cut to see what I would like done inspired confidence. Asked about products I already used and given information about products Olivia was going to use.

Hannah is always so professional, friendly and listens intently to your specific requests so the end result is just what you asked for! And if unsure of exactly what you want she guides and discusses plenty of options to help you reach a decision you’re comfortable with.

As always a perfect experience. Chris has been my stylist for almost 40 years. He has cut and coloured my hair in many different styles over that time, always giving me the best advice.
I wouldn’t go anywhere. The salon is run efficiently and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend Coco’s.

Lloyd as always washed and cut my hair with great style and care. His attention to detail has given me yet again a hair cut I am so proud of. Lloyd is simply the best!

Always a pleasure to go and see Chris for a wash, cut and blow dry. He listens to what you’d like and gives tips on how to blow dry. You also get a warm greeting from Sharon upon arrival.

i had such an amazing experience, i only booked for a shampoo and style but i was so well taken care of and all accommodations i needed were met and exceeded all expectations i had. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and had such a great experience and a brilliant scalp massage. will definitely be returning!

I always feel good after an appointment with Hannah. She colours, cuts and styles my hair exactly how I want it so I’m never disappointed. And it’s always good to have a good catch up too.

I went in for a restyle and the colour today… I wasn’t really sure what I wanted, but that was not a problem as Lloyd listened to what I thought I wanted and talk to me through options and the end result I’m really happy with.

Fantastic colouring, cut and dry by Hannah, reapplying colours worked out by Jane in a previous appointment. My hair looks great - subtle colouring that hides the grey and adds depth. The cut is brilliant - great shaping, good length - and its so smooth and glossy. Thank you! One very grateful customer x

I cannot recommend Dounia highly enough! From the moment I arrived, she provided a thorough consultation, taking the time to really listen to what I wanted and discuss the best approach to achieve it.

After many years of trying to achieve the perfect rose-gold colour, Dounia finally delivered exactly the result I had been hoping for. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and expertise were evident throughout the entire appointment, and I felt completely confident in her hands.

The colour is absolutely perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

This was my first time visiting Coco. I usually feel quite intimidated in salons, but I was made to feel instantly at home. As a trainer myself, it was also wonderful to see the newer members of the team receiving their education on what must have been a training day. Hearing such respectful and supportive discussions as the apprentices learned was genuinely heartwarming.
