Always a pleasure to go and see Chris for a wash, cut and blow dry. He listens to what you’d like and gives tips on how to blow dry. You also get a warm greeting from Sharon upon arrival.

i had such an amazing experience, i only booked for a shampoo and style but i was so well taken care of and all accommodations i needed were met and exceeded all expectations i had. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and had such a great experience and a brilliant scalp massage. will definitely be returning!

It was my first time going to a hair salon today and I had an appointment for a cut and finish with olly, he was very knowledgeable and kind and talked me through everything he was doing with my hair and also helped me with knowing my hair biology and how to style my hair to my hair type. It looks amazing and so healthy and I’m so glad I made the decision to come to cocos, the atmosphere was very refreshing and all the other staff were very friendly too. I will definitely be back! 🌟

I always feel good after an appointment with Hannah. She colours, cuts and styles my hair exactly how I want it so I’m never disappointed. And it’s always good to have a good catch up too.

I went in for a restyle and the colour today… I wasn’t really sure what I wanted, but that was not a problem as Lloyd listened to what I thought I wanted and talk to me through options and the end result I’m really happy with.

Fantastic colouring, cut and dry by Hannah, reapplying colours worked out by Jane in a previous appointment. My hair looks great - subtle colouring that hides the grey and adds depth. I cannot recommend Dounia highly enough! From the moment I arrived, she provided a thorough consultation, taking the time to really listen to what I wanted and discuss the best approach to achieve it.

After many years of trying to achieve the perfect rose-gold colour, Dounia finally delivered exactly the result I had been hoping for. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and expertise were evident throughout the entire appointment, and I felt completely confident in her hands.

The colour is absolutely perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

This was my first time visiting Coco. I usually feel quite intimidated in salons, but I was made to feel instantly at home. As a trainer myself, it was also wonderful to see the newer members of the team receiving their education on what must have been a training day. Hearing such respectful and supportive discussions as the apprentices learned was genuinely heartwarming.

Absolutely wonderful! I hadn’t had my hair cut in over a year and a half as I am really picky over my hair and was worried about going somewhere new. But I’m so glad I did. As someone with mild social anxiety I’ve never liked going to new places, especially on my own, but all the staff are wonderful and really welcoming! Hannah was amazing, she took a test strand a few weeks before my appointment to see how my hair reacted to the dye and did a test patch a feed day before my appointment (something no other salon I’ve been to has done). Hannah went through what I wanted in detail and explained everything to me, not only at the start but also as we were going. I am absolutely in love with my hair and got exactly what I asked for. My hair feels amazing and looks great. I could not be happier. I 100% recommend this salon, I couldn’t fault it if I tried!

I can’t recommend Olivia enough. She is one of those rare stylists who really listen and make you feel completely at ease. The colour and finish were perfect, and she knew exactly what would suit me even better than I did. The atmosphere is always friendly, the service is thoughtful, and you walk out feeling like the best version of yourself. A real gem!

My daughter was nervous to start with but the lady cutting her hair had patience and was calm throughout very helpful and understanding of the haircut fear but she cut her hair.
Polite proffesional and fairly priced will be back for more trims as I get older

Great welcome when I phoned to book & ensured as it was my first visit that I knew where they were on the High Street and where to park. Great welcome when I arrived. Hannah listened to what I wanted, checked in whilst cutting, not to mention a lovely hair wash. Felt very well cared for and happy with my cut. Came away with a free gift too. Fab experience and highly recommend.

Hannah is always friendly, ,happy to listen to what you want and will give advice if wanted. Always makes my fine hair look the best it can be with a great cut and colour. A lovely salon too with lots of nearby parking.

I booked a last minute appointment, out of desperation, 6 weeks ago. It was the best decision ever! Liv was incredible. She spent time listening to my frustrations then restyled my hair, giving me fantastic tips on how to blow dry it and keep it in good condition. I have never had so many compliments about my hair as I have these past few weeks!
