Omg what a lovely experience 😍 I woke up this morning amd decided to get a hair cut. Im in the area for work so dont knownthe area Google maps helped me find the salon. Reception was very helpful on the phone when I rang in the morning and at 3pm I was in the chair great products and friendly environment 😀. Would definitely recommend them. I will return if ever back in the area. Thank-you love my haircut

Dounia listened carefully to what I wanted and what I didn’t want. She told me her plan for the future and exactly what she was going to do today, which was exactly what we discussed.
I was very pleased with the results and have made a further appointment.
Dounia was warm, kind and friendly and didn’t keep me waiting.

Hannah is a talented hair stylist and a real perfectionist. She always makes sure to complete a thorough consultation and performs her services to a high standard.

Cut and dry from Chris, he’s never tired of me bringing a photo for him to recreate with his magic. Then finishing touches by Liv who patiently taught me how to use straighteners, whilst making me look fab. Don’t mind the longer trip to the new salon, the buzz in the place is great.

Olivia is AMAZING, have total trust in her abilities, really put me at ease, so so happy with cut & colour .

Lloyd not only styles my hair perfectly in all the years I have been coming to the Salon, he is charming, warm and freindly and gives good advise.

Olivia is an incredibly talented hairdresser who is so clever at creating beautiful colours. She really listens to what you want and gets it right every single time. She is a true asset to Cocos. Not only do you receive a top-class service, but Olivia is also so down to earth and easy to chat to, which makes the whole experience even better. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I found Coco’s after asking a woman in the queue at the post office where she had her done because it looked so amazing. So glad I asked as I’ve loved what Jane has done with my hair including a fabulous up-do for my wedding. It’s also a really friendly and comfortable salon. Highly recommend.

Hannah did my hair today was it turned out better then I expected. She took the time, the cut was exactly how I asked and she was lovely and easy to talk to.

I have recently moved to the area and was looking for a hairdresser to colour my hair. A relative recommended this salon and I was put in touch with Grace. Straight away I felt that Grace was a safe pair of hands, she listened and then asked relevant questions and completely out me at ease. I am very happy with my colour and look forward to seeing Grace on a regular basis for all my hair requirements - fab service !

As always Hannah talked first about what she was going to do , very friendly and professional. Izzy who washed my hair was very pleasant and chatty. Knew all about different shampoos.
Disappointed CoCos is closing in Southwater but understand why .

I went into the salon with my hair in terrible condition due to heat treatment caused at another salon. I wanted highlights, and most importantly, for my hair to look healthy and soft again. I was unsure if this could be done, completely putting my faith into the salons expertise, and Dounia. To say I am over the moon with the result is an understatement. I was given the treatment I asked for, plus extra to really help my hair condition. My hair is soft, shiny and a lovely tone. I am so grateful! I will never use another salon again.

Really appreciated getting squeezed in at such a busy time of year when my usual stylist was ill. Did a great cut. Very happy customer!

Olivia has given me a wonderful new look and I couldn’t be more delighted with it. She is talented and funny in equal measure and it’s a pleasure to sit in her chair!

As always I was very happy with my cut and blow dry. Lauren is always very friendly. Sad to hear the news that the Southwater salon is closing and joining the Billingshurst salon. Joe always takes time to discuss my needs at each appt. My hair texture is felt and suggestions made. He explains each hair wash treatment doing an excellent massage. Was delighted with appt today as Joe used a Salon Volumising Mist which made a huge difference (I will be buying this product).
