I’ve just moved to the village and was recommended cocos by a friend. I was made to feel really welcome from my consultation to the end result. Joe delivered exactly what I wanted. And the coffee was good too. Thank you so much, Cant wait for my next visit
Hannah listened carefully to everything I wanted and even made suggestions which was very helpful, lovely relaxed environment, super colour and left feeling pampered and rejuvenated.for less than I expected.

I only asked for a trim, but he delivered a haircut worthy of a top stylist. His attention to detail was spot on, and he made me feel completely relaxed throughout. The team at Cocos are such a friendly bunch — they really know how to help you unwind and escape from life’s daily stresses.

To be honest hairdressers can be quite daunting places if you don’t know anyone there, but cocos made me so welcome, I have mobility issues at present and that was not an issue for them, helping me from sink to chair, Joe was such a lovely man, so friendly and kind, I honestly had the best experience. 2 gorgeous hot chocolates with biscuits, and even my daughter got one as she was waiting with me, really made my day infact highlight of the week coming, can’t wait to return next week, icing on the cake was the goodie bag with samples and discounts in given to me as I left, thank you and well done to the team at cocos in southwater

Chris always takes the time to listen to what I am expecting from my salon visit.I have yet again completely changed my hair colour and cut .He always talks through the process and what it will involve .If what I’m asking has not been quite achievable in the first visit he has always come up with great solutions to the problems so we can achieve what I’m asking for which is great . I will be very honest I am a very fussy customer and have tried most salons in Horsham over the years .I have come away from my visit very satisfied and happy with what he achieved.Look forward to me next appointment.I would definitely recommend Chris

Friendly & polite Joe part of a very professional team, does amazing head massage during wash, explaining the three wash stages, listened to/took time to do what I wanted my fringe to look like.
Value - only an observation and NOT reflective of Joe's work at all. The Wet Hair cost is the highest I've ever paid. Now retired it would be nice if there were prices for older persons. Sadly, not all retirees have large pensions.
Chris took the time to listen to me, discussed and explained what he thought would be good for my hair type. I'm delighted with the end result.

Joe has cut my hair several times now. He listens to what I ask for and doesn’t seem put out if I ask him to alter the cut.
Joe is always a very friendly stylist and suggests options of products that might help my hair!
All in all a very ‘pleasant’ experience.

I am a regular here, all the staff are lovely, so friendly but also all great at their jobs. This time was a colour with the new Moroccan oil colours and they're fab, so happy and my hair feels great! Chris is great at cutting my hair too.
