Went in looking and feeling dull, came out refreshed and renewed with a great cut and colour, made to feel comfortable and relaxed as usual. Great head massage too x Thankyou

After trying and failing to get the haircut I wanted for a couple of years, I’m delighted to say that Joe got it right the first time. He took on board what I was asking for and delivered a cut that allows me the option of allowing my hair to dry naturally and still look great. He also did a really good job of restoring blonde to my hair. Joe shows confidence without any arrogance and is a credit to the salon. It all took a bit longer than I expected but I’d prefer that than not have the right result. The team as a whole did a good job of taking care of me during my colour appointment too. Finally, how can I not mention the adorable Alfie. For me, anywhere that has a dog has an added advantage.

My stylist took the time to cut and style my hair to how I had wanted it to be. It was my first haircut in 3 years and I've walked out feeling more like myself again, it really was a great appointment. I am already booked to go back and recommending to other people. Special mention to the gorgeous dog who I hope to see again.

Olly is just simple the best,❤️ he has been doing my hair for years, and years and he is always completely honest with me, which I appreciate, sometimes he does let me go with my own ideas, but I do usually regret them, 😂 colour wise, and over the years I have pushed his buttons numerous times with my bright ideas and constant colour changes, but just of late, I have been listening to Olly and I have to say I have stopped wishing to go a totally different colour 😂 as Olly has now perfected my colour and I am loving it.

This was my first visit, for a colour and blow dry as the location works for me . What an amazing find !! I loved the salon, Chris took time to talk to me about all of my requirements, and gave a wonderful selection of treats and discounts at check out that was a total surprise and an amazing extra touch . Am so glad I made the leap from my usual salon . Best of all is the time , my last salon were so slow , Chris was super efficient ( but not rushed) which I loved. Highly recommend.

Great person very kind and the service is nothing short of outstanding. I had my hair washed as well and it was a brilliant experience. Will definitely recommend to friends. Five stars.

I visited Coco’s yesterday for the first time, I had a wash and blow dry for a wedding and had such an amazing experience! The minute I arrived I felt so welcome, Olly my stylist was so lovely, really took the time to find out what I wanted and offered great advice for how I can look after my hair at home. The therapist that washed my hair was also lovely, she explained the products she was using and the wash was so relaxing! The salon is stunning and I left with a little goodie bag which was such a nice touch, highly recommend!

Fantastic work by Ollie, he has an exceptional eye for detail and it shows in the cut and colour.

I’ve been a repeat customer for many years and always love coming to this salon. I have a great time chatting with Lloyd about all sorts of interesting topics while he makes my hair look fabulous. I completely trust his judgement when it comes to colour and cut — he always discusses the options with me and explains his ideas beforehand.

I explained what I wanted and Joe put time and effort into creating the style I showed him. Very accommodating and made me feel comfortable.

As usual my hair was washed and trimmed and now looks amazing. Thank you all for such a lovely experience. 😍

Excellent wash by Bryony, with a good head massage. Would recommend her for apprenticeship in September, let’s hope she joins the team. A good experience this evening.

Having moved to the area fairly recently I was a little nervous about finding a new hair stylist and salon as I had been visiting my last one for 12 years. I am very pleased that I chose Coco’s. I was booked with Amelia who I found very pleasant, and gave me a lovely hair wash and head massage explaining which products she would be using. I found the whole experience very enjoyable and relaxing, will definitely be returning

Sometimes you want a hairdresser who offers little in way of communication. But that is probably why you have never had Olivia cut and style your hair before. The moment I enter the salon she is a juggernaut of loveliness and positivity. I look younger she says, she gets my hair without me having to explain much and we chat for what seems like only a few minutes before I am all done. Thank you AGAIN Liv for making me feel glamorous, special and for sharing your hilarity about the world with me. Definitely time for a book soon I reckon! 🤗

Amelia was confident, patient and helped me feel understood. She listened to my request considering my likes for my type of hair while also exploring what I already do to look after my hair and try using similar products. It was wonderful not to feel criticised about my hair style/quality/care routine. I will definitely return and would love to have Amelia as my stylist again.

She listened and aced both the cut and colour. Hannah is friendly, down to earth, A great stylist and have booked to return.

Chris is knowledgeable and innovative with his approach. He always listens to me ( and I can be abroad pain in the bum!). Lovely atmosphere in a beautiful building. Easy parking so very accessible.

Amazing knowledge on curly hair. Wanted low maintenance, optimum hair health for my over highlighted dry hair.
I now have a long term plan, for which I am truly grateful.

Excellent service as always

Olivia is always fantastic, she does my hair fantastically and always has great chat. Olivia asks me every step of the way if everything is okay, would I like anything and makes the whole salon experience enjoyable.

On a side note today I witnessed clearly a young person with autism and an older lady who struggled to move. The team were so accommodating, calm and made my heart full! Truly amazing team at cocos in Billingshurst!

Omg what a lovely experience 😍 I woke up this morning amd decided to get a hair cut. Im in the area for work so dont knownthe area Google maps helped me find the salon. Reception was very helpful on the phone when I rang in the morning and at 3pm I was in the chair great products and friendly environment 😀. Would definitely recommend them.
