Urban Coiffeur

After 20yrs with my previous salon, to say I was nervous coming to Urban Coiffeur would be an understatement!
My anxiety was sky high but from the moment I got there, I was put at ease.
Sarah was great, I basically left my hair in her hands, how she spoke, I trusted her and the process. My fave bit, has always been having my hair washed and I wasn’t disappointed, the big comfy chairs are perfect, laying back having my hair washed this way is so comfortable!
My hair was like silk when she had finished and I’m over the moon with my new ‘lived in’ blonde look!

Have been twice now, impressed both times. Brodie does a fab job with my hair. Friendly staff which makes a difference.

Laura is amazing! I have been grey blending with her since last year & I am so happy with my hair. It feels amazing, lower maintenance and always advised on what to do. Everyone at the salon is friendly and professional, really enjoy going for my hair appointment & would recommend to anyone considering grey blending.

Booked in for a Wedding curly hair trial today with the lovely Kadee. After searching far & wide for someone to wash, style & nourish my curls just how they needed, I came across Kadee. She was warm & welcoming, I knew straight away she was the right person for the job! Walked out feeling confident that I had found the perfect person & style that I was envisioning for my wedding day. Thank you Kadee, you are great at what you do! ♥️

Laura put me at ease and shared my vision immediately. She undertook the patch test and was excited for my transformation in October. Laura oozed confidence whilst being down to earth and just super lovely.

First time of visiting the salon for root cover and bouncy blow dry. Was made to feel really welcome everyone was chatty and friendly. Brodie did a great job I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and the end result was FAB!

From the moment I arrived, the whole experience was excellent. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, and Laura took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. She made me feel completely at ease throughout.

I’m absolutely delighted with my hair and the end result is even better than I could have hoped for. Nothing was too much trouble, and the little touches, such as the choice of drinks, really made the experience feel special. They truly went above and beyond.

I’ve had some really bad experiences at different hair salons and this salon went above and beyond to put my mind at ease , from the minute I walked in I felt at ease , Sarah is wonderful , she explained everything has she went along and I walked out with a blonde transformation that I was hoping for, Sarah has restored my faith and I’ll be definitely going back on a regular basis ,all the staff were lovely , the atmosphere was great , I can honestly say I really enjoyed my few hours there instead of feeling the dread of going to the hairdressers , thank you all so much x

2nd visit to Urban Coiffer and just as amazing as first visit.
Booked in to have a fringe trim and to have some waves put in my hair for an day/evening out.Kaydee my stylist and was professional and very friendly and I left the salon feeling amazing.My hair was exactly how I wanted it and it was perfectly set for a night out.I was offered an amazing coffee my favourite flat white and was served with a thought card which was a beautiful touch.Im already booked in for my next day out !!!Thank you Kaydee

Thank you Laura I loved the toner I had on the 22/5/26 I wished it would just stay that colour. I’m trying my best to be patient with getting all the brassy out I know it takes time i just hate it when it returns 😂😂and I can’t apologise enough for being late thanks again xx
