Simply perfect, Phoebe is amazing at what she does. I trust her fully and I appreciate i am probably a difficult customer being very “particular” about what and how I like it. I am always very pleased with the results. Sometimes I am not sure myself if what I want to achieve is possible - but Phoebe achieves miracles every time!

Appointment today for half head foils. Phoebe always does a great finish with my colour and cut, wouldn't go anywhere else .

Courtney is lovely, and has coloured and cut my hair, she gave some suggestions and asked my opinion through the whole process. She went through everything beforehand and during, I have rebooked as she is amazing. The salon also has nice, friendly atmosphere 5 stars

I have been going to this salon for a number of years and have never had a bad experience .They have always been accommodating with my appointments squeezing me in at short notice . From the moment I walk in I am made to feel welcome , despite me going all these years I am sat down and asked and consulted about what I want at that visit. Throughout the visit they constantly check in with me that I am ok. It is a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere and they show a genuine attention to their customers . Like anyone I know what I want or at least have a general idea , I am happy to listen and take their advice and to date I have never been disappointed. Can’t fault them, such a lovely team from the Saturday girl right through to the owner .

The best hair appointment I’ve ever had, Lucy was such a lovely person and did my hair beautifully. It’s such a friendly atmosphere, it put me at ease. The apprentice that washed my hair was engaging and easy to talk to. Overall great service and lovely people.

I used to find getting my hair done daunting. I never know what cut will suit me, struggle to explain what I like & get overwhelmed at colour options. However I've now been to Soph at LM's a couple of times and always happy with the service from cut, to colour to styling. Soph has helped me find a style I'm in love with now and always puts me at ease. The Salon vibe is lovely, all staff are very welcoming. I'd recommend to family and friends.

I am always welcomed into the salon, and made feel at home, Courtney has always done an amazing job , as well as Sophie and the new trainee .
