The people were great and it was such a friendly atmosphere. Laura was exceptionally nice and talented. She was fun to talk to and all the other staff members were kind. It was a great experience with them. I would recommend this salon to everyone. I left feeling awesome and a whole new person. Personally, I believe this salon should focus on promotion of their business because more people should know about this awesome salon.

Kerry was excellent. I normally go with Adriana but it was short notice and she was fully booked. Bamboo always make me feel great about my hair. They are attentive to my needs, caring and professional. Their styling is spot on! Go and try for yourself. I bet you will love them!

Adri is a great stylist, she has been cutting my hair for just under 20 years, she always knows what to do with my hair and makes me feel amazing. Staff are friendly and service is great for reasonable prices. Highly recommend Bamboo Hair!!

All the staff are very friendly. What I also thinks is great is they tell you how much it’ll be before they start doing ur hair so you can relax & enjoy having ur hair done!

Had a colour, cut and blow dry by Jodie who is incredibly professional. Even the hair wash was excellent with a head massage included. Blow dry was superb and left feeling great!

A visit to Bamboo is a joy in so many ways - the stylists are so creative, professional and friendly. The atmosphere in the salon gives you a real lift on every visit. I’ve been going there for 8 years - my hair has been coloured at different times by Kerry and Jodie whilst Jodie, Kerry, Stephen and Adri have all given me lovely cuts. My hair has been written off by previous hairdressers as ‘thin’ and ‘fine’ but the Bamboo stylists have always made me feel that they are inspired by my hair. I always walk away happy and with a smile on my face.

I have been using Bamboo for many years, my hair is long, thick and quite difficult, so much so that in the past, hairdressers have not welcomed doing my hair, Bamboo was an answer to my prayers, Jodie has done my hair in the past and to a very high standard, but for many years it has been Steven. Please believe me when I say there is no finer hairdresser than Steven, or indeed any of the staff at Bamboo, Steven has my trust completely and between a hairdresser and their client trust is everything. The staff are honest, welcoming and obliging, they would never agree to do anything to your hair that they believe would not suit you, or just to make a quick buck. Search the whole of the West Midlands for a hairdresser, but you will not find one as fine as Bamboo, a cliche, but they are head and shoulders above all others, in my humble opinion :)
