The staff were very friendly, I was indecisive about my hair and Karen helped me with suggestions on what to have, it turned out better than I expected, it was well worth the money. I wasn’t rushed in and out. I noticed the staff there were talking to their customers rather than amongst each other which I found very endearing as it showed dedication to keep their customers happy. It is very well organised as customers weren’t waiting nor being rushed on. The staff have done well adapting to the pandemic and should be really proud of themselves for their terrific work.
booked in for cut and color, firstly no receipt, color was patchy could see my original hair color with plum streaks, hair cut uneven, when i complained the manager was arrogant and said it cannot be redone, even though i had been ill all over christmas, do not use this salon
