Having been my first pedicure here I was very happy with the service. Lauren was professional & friendly & made sure I was comfortable, I was offered refreshments & made to feel welcome.

I went for a back massage, facial and 20 minutes in the sauna. It was all wonderful and I left feeling very relaxed. I wasn't rushed and had a lovely time.

I’ve been having monthly hot stone massages with Lauren for the past 4 months. Cannot recommend enough. I had a lot of shoulder pain before my first treatment and she’s practically cured me! Very welcoming and relaxing place to attend.

I won a package while at a charity event. The first treatment I had was for my hair. I had a wash, cut, blow dry and hair mask. It was lovely. The room was very private as it seems they only work with 1 client at a time. When I got my hair washed the chair even had a massage feature. I had not found a hair dressers local to me since moving and so I was having to travel about 45 minutes back to where I used to live, but now I can finally go and have my hair done 5 minutes away from my house. I may have win the appointment but I am definitely a customer now.

Have been going to Amy now for a number months and I can truly say she is just the best in her field. She’s very passionate about the service she provides and is very intuitive with her clients needs.
She is a true gem and an asset to ‘Wellness Zone’ ❤️

First time visiting as my Ultimate Facial was a gift. The therapist, Becky, explained everything in detail before the treatment. Following the facial my skin was glowing and looked amazing. I'm already looking foward to my next visit.

Booked a wash cut and blow dry with Stacey and she was wonderful! Ideal for women wearing hijab as it’s a private room with one chair, something I’ve been struggling to find in my local area. I have had various treatments in the past and they have all exceeded my expectations - highly recommend

My daughter had her 6th birthday party at Wellness Zone and absolutely loved it! The party room is beautiful, it’s a little girls dream, with loads of pink and sparkles! All the girls had face masks, massages, manicures, pedicures, glitter tattoos and their hair done! The staff running the party were wonderful, they were great with all the children and made the party so much fun! I would highly recommend booking a party at Wellness Zone! Everything is done for you including the food and party bags! And there’s so many little touches that make the day so special! We will definitely be back!

First time at wellness, wonderful experience. Girls were warm, welcoming and friendly. Stacey trimmed, conditioned and finished with a blow-dry. My hair looked and felt amazing. Can't recommend them enough, they also showed me around there pamper room, fabulous ✨️

Came today for a facial and hair treatment, wash and blow dry... did not disappoint!! Lauren was amazing, my facial was perfect, so relaxing. I can't remember the hairdressers name. But she was amazing to. If you're looking for a relax and calm this is the place to go!

I have become a bit obsessed with this place since my daughter’s pamper party. Massages to die for (not literally), been introduced to reflexology which has blown my mind and finally in middle age I have eyebrows and lovely lashes. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and create such a calming, peaceful atmosphere. Try it, you won’t regret it!

I'm very pleased with my new haircut, Stacey has once again done a fantastic job. Happy with the Wellness Zone too, it's a nice, relaxing place to have your hair cut.

The wellness zone is truly a lovely place for yoga, beauty and therapies. I have recently been having massages from Becky and she is amazing at talking you through things and ensuring comfort and relaxation.
I wish to make even more time for yoga, also I always look forward to the sound bath events

Lovely place with amazing staff. We come for yoga classes regularly, it is definitely the best place with yoga we tried so far in the area. Teachers are great. This time we also booked for infrared sauna to try instead of going to our regular sauna at our gym. Everything positive apart from the fact that the lighting which is meant to have positive impacts on you wasn’t actually working so it was just a regular sauna. We won’t be back for sauna but definitely will be back for other treatments! The place itself is very very clean and provides absolutely everything that you need.

I have been here a few times now for massages and facials, every time it’s just lovely. Clean, welcoming, and just the most amazingly relaxing place. I’d come here every week if my budget allowed. Being able to park is a luxury in this area so v happy to just rock up and walk in. I’ve visited today and words can’t describe my relaxed state and my skin is in much better condition since starting a monthly visit.

We have been for a few couples massages now with Aimee and Becky.
The couples room is super relaxing and we both always leave feeling like we're walking on air!
Competitive prices, whilst being given the full red carpet treatment every time.
The girls have even slightly changed their shifts recently to fulfill our couples appointment, can't thank them enough.
Keep up the good work girls!, we hope to be coming to wellness zone for many moons to come 😀.

I am quite new to the centre,but have luved my facial with becky,and luv Amber and pilates,with micheal as well,I am also enjoying yoga with the ladies,

Got salon off Groupon , nice Salon but the hairdresser experience is Non existent .
Terrible customer experience , just because they display Top notch products , doubt it’s being used

Wellness zone, Stourbridge is a spa you feel relaxed in as soon as you enter. All the staff are professional and caring and the whole atmosphere is peaceful. I have had my nails done numerous times with Becky Dodds and every time has been a pleasure. She is a perfectionist so I always know my nails will look amazing but also last for weeks. She has a kind and caring attitude which makes you want to see her regularly. I highly recommend this spa in every way.

Visited today for the first time. Had a wax by becky, who was so friendly and made me feel at ease. The treatments didn’t feel rushed and Becky checked I was happy and comfortable throughout my appointment. I’m looking forward to coming again soon.

My daughter had her birthday party here yesterday. The girls all had a fantastic time having facials, massages, foot spa, nails, glitter tattoos and hair glam just to list a few! They had games, prizes, made their own crowns, party food and amazing party bags. Everything was thought of and catered for by the lovely ladies. I can’t recommend enough, worth every penny and there were a bunch of very happy little girls. We’ll definitely be back!

I’ve tried a number of places over the years, and this was by far the best for reflexology! The feedback was so thorough, and I felt so relaxed and recharged.

This was my first visit to wellness zone today and what a hidden gem I had a fantastic experience. I was greeted by the lovely Becky, who couldn't have done enough for me to make me feel so welcome. The atmosphere was so relaxing. I had a neck, shoulder and back massage with an upgrade of a head massage to. It was done by Becky and I can honestly say it was absolutely relaxing and done so professionally. I was looked after well and Becky went through the after care after my treatment. I can not recommend any other place and will most definitely be going again xxx

We booked the Gold VIP package for our Daughter's 7th birthday and she had the most amazing time! All of the parents messaged me to say how much their loved ones had enjoyed it and in some cases said it was the best party they had ever been to! The room was stunning and Amy and Becky were just amazing and worked so hard to keep the 9 of them entertained...which to be fair is not easy. Out of the 3 parties we have had for our Daughter this was easily the least stressed we had been...thanks to Amy and Becky for making our life easy and 9 little ones very happy :-) Would highly recommend to anyone.

What a lovely lady, very pleasant, polite and friendly. Great service, she cut my hair just as I wanted taking just the ends off as requested. Colour was great also. Lovely massage chairs while having your hair washed, so relaxing. 10/10
