I visited on sunday for the first time i was greeted by courtney a lovely young lady she did my back massage facial and pedicure it was so relaxing she made me feel very welcome i did not want to leave
She talked me through everything made me coffee it was so relaxing treatments were beautifull the facial was so nice my skin feels so soft i had to book in again going back next week carnt wait i will definatly reccomend this place to all my family and friends and thank you to courtney you made my first experiance amazing see you soon xx

This place is a hidden gem , i can't recommend it enough.

I have been twice so far and have purchased the Gold package: £69 for 1 hour use of the secret spa facilities followed by a bespoke 1 hour treatment. I have been lucky enough that both times I have had the spa to myself! You are given a robe, slippers and a towel which can be replaced if needed. Staff are safety aware and advised about length of time in heated areas and to keep hydrated. I think it would be like the Garden of Eden at night time, beautiful star lit ceiling, beautifully decorated room with lots of little touches like salt lamps. The loungers are the best I’ve lay on. I particularly love the infra red sauna for my aches. The staff are all friendly and genuinely appear happy to work there. The waiting area for treatments is welcoming and has refreshments available. The changing room is perfect- I love the little touches of the products box for you to use for free so you look and feel your best on leaving. I love the fact no expense is spared, there is a GHD drier and straighteners plus GHD shine spray, deodorants and creams to use. The treatment rooms are some of the best I’ve been to and I’ve visited a fair few ‘posh’ spas. The beds can be heated, they are large and plush, soft towels and blankets surround you and you can have the bed adjusted to take pressure off lower back etc. Both times my bespoke treatment has been carried out by Courtney - what a little gem she is, she is a credit to the place. She listens and genuinely cares, she also said she’s loves working there and that the owner is supportive of the staff which is music to ears in a world where some bosses are simply money driven and don’t care for their staff. I am booking Courtney for a course of Glycopeel facials to help me with my confidence having suffered from perimenopausal acne. Her back massages are devine. I wish there was a membership, but there again it may attract idiots- which may of hotel spas do (I speak from experience lol).

Well what can I say , but what a little gem , I was given a voucher for a bespoke massage, I changed it to a spa morning, just had to add a bit more money to it .. myself and a friend Cynthia, enjoyed a love sauna steam room and hot tub , glass of bubbles and fruit platter, followed by the best ever massage detailed to everything I wanted , back should scalp and mini facial, it was fantastic. Thank you to the young ladies that made or visit special ❤️ xx

Just had an amazing hot stone massage and facial with the lovely Emily. She was really professional and friendly and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I love the atmosphere and friendly staff at the wellness zone 😍

Courtney did a fantastic job on my hair. She got the colour I wanted done perfectly and added blonde highlights that were subtle but perfect in colour.

Had the most amazing Hot Stone Massage, highly recommend for anyone who has tension in their shoulders or back. Relaxing and a wonderful ambience within the treatment room.

Absolutely fantastic party today! From booking to the party itself, everyone that we spoke with from Wellness Zone was friendly, professional and welcoming and the party was really amazing. Even after 2 and a half hours, all of the girls said how they didn't want to leave! Stress free, fun filled and value for money. Would recommend to anyone looking for a pamper party. Such a relaxing spa atmosphere when you enter, treatment rooms are also 10/10. Had massages and a facial with Lauren and Jenna and both have been amazing, every time I’ve left feeling so much better. The perfect escape for an hour!

I have thoroughly enjoyed all my treatments with Aimee who is a great therapist . She gets into the knots in my shoulders followed by hot stone then reflexology , sheer bliss.

Stacey made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in! I was nervous as I’d not let anyone near my hair since having kids and she instantly made me feel relaxed and was so attentive, my hair looks and feels so much healthier and lighter! The wellness zone in general is incredible! So Zen! Will definitely be back for other services!

The best massage and facial I have had in a long time! Massage therapist Jenna did an amazing job on focusing on where my tension was for the back massage and the facial was also very good as it also had the option of including a head, arm or feet massage.

This was my second massage with Amy and it was such a lovely experience, nice and relaxing but firm to get into the knots and tension. Since my last massage my pain & headaches have really improved, I have booked again and can’t wait for the next one! Thank you

I’ve been having hot stone massages with Lauren since March. Would highly recommend! She’s worked wonders on my shoulders 😀 she always specialises the treatment to suit me at the time and the products smell amazing.

She knows exactly how personalise treatment approache, so you get a fully bespoke massage rather than just a run of the mill treatment!

After our first session Jenna recommended a course of massages.
I’ve just returned from my 4th massage and my back has never felt better!

Attended for a deep tissue massage with Lauren as I was struggling with my back. Lauren recommended a mixture of deep tissue and hot stone and it was fantastic. She really worked on the knots and I popped more than bubble wrap but it’s already feeling better!

My daughter and I have just come out with gorgeous hair thank you so much. Also very grateful for your kindness and patience with my two children. So kind of you, you went above and beyond to ensure tjat i got some relaxation and pampering too, greatly appreciated.

Today I had a relaxing.back, neck and shoulder massage. Jenna was very professional, friendly and she made sure I was comfortable with the level of pressure applied. Peaceful surroundings, relaxing music, an all round enjoyable.experience.

My first visit today. I had an eyebrow wax, eyebrow tint & eye lash tint. Lauren was very easy to talk to & informed me of each step. It was a very relaxing atmosphere & lovely & cool in this heatwave! Everything was clean & tidy also. Ample car parking right outside which is a bonus. I will definitely be having more treatments here in the future.
