I've been a client of Simon Paul for over 20 years. All the staff are really friendly and I'm always greeted straight away on arrival and offered a drink. It's a very comfortable and relaxing environment to be in for an hour, with a good choice of magazines and newspapers.
Nikki has been cutting and styling my hair for the last four years and she is unfailingly cheerful and personable. I have fine, straight hair so I really rely on it to be cut well. Nikki always cuts it beautifully and precisely into a sleek bob with a few layers for volume and movement; and then blow dries it so that it is super shiny - something that I never quite seem to manage myself, although Nikki always gives me advice on how to achieve it. I never leave the salon disappointed.
