Had an excellent cut and blow dry from Sally. The salon is friendly and very professional. Would not hesitate in recommending to new clients.

I was so disappointed after just getting home from my appointment. I appreciate I only booked today but under the impression that Regis is a very renowned salon. I booked in for a wash and blow dry but feel the standard was not as expected- my head is in pain after my hair feels like it’s nearly been pulled out of my scalp when it was attempted to be curled. I have merely driven home and half the curls are flat already - my hair was blow dried and then curled with straighteners which has left a bulky frizz around the top of my head as only the bottom half of my hair was put through the curling process. I really wanted a style that would last and normally feels sleek and elegant before a trip to Paris and I couldn’t be more disappointed with my result today. The lady was lovely and I empathised with her having to have her daughter with her there whilst working but I am truly disheartened by the outcome of my hair.

I love having my hair done Regis, and even better when Sally does my hair.

Very wary if visiting hairdressers. Sally listens to my suggestions , and does exactly what I request. Lovely lady, would definitely recommend her.

I have always had Emma and she has always given me good advice even when I wanted one colour she told me I could have it but would need doing to often and would not be good for my hair .

Sally is always very professional whilst being kind and friendly. She always gives excellent service to me and also to my elderly mum.
