Regis Solihull

I went in for Balayage which should be dark from top and lighter from bottom, unfortunately it turned out as a full head colour. They didn’t use the Redkeen products when washing hair, also no serum or hairspray applied when drying the hair. Nobody offered a drink. One client requested water and they gave tap water in glass. I mean who offers tap water these days as everyone gives bottled water especially after the kind of process your paying and if your they’re for 4 hour treatment.? I have to say it is very run down, Regis is not at a reputable standard as it should be . The chairs had hairs stuck in between the arm rests. The client prior to me had a haircut and was asked to sit in the same seat without it been cleaned off. I had to ask for her to clean the hairs off the chair and she still didnt do a good job. Really unhappy with the service and the hair. I paid £180 and it was not up to any quality standard. I will never go to Regis again.

Very pleased I had the perm with Sally and was well cared for on the day.

Emma has been my hairdresser for years. She did my wedding hair and did my little one’s first haircut. She is the only person i would want to look after my hair. Very grateful for her.

Professional and competent

I had a purpleish hair for some time and I decided I wanted to change it back to brown with blonde highlights.
Kiera did some sort of high level magic with my hair because somehow she did it and the result came out much better than both of us anticipated after the 1st session. I can't tell how happy I am with the result, but if anything I can say for sure Kiera knows what she is doing and every time I have my appointment with her I come home with a huge smle on my face.
Also as a person she is just pure joy to be around with her!
