I booked a cut and blow dry for my young daughter. It was our first time at Pure Hair and Amber made the whole experience really lovely. She was warm, friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable and happy. The hair cut was beautiful. We will definitely come again.

First time using Pure Hair after needing to find a new hairdresser.
I had full head highlights/tint/lowlights/toner and a trim, long hair.
Amber listened intently to how I like to have my hair and did a perfect job.
The salon was friendly and comfortable and Amber was lovely to chat to while she was doing my hair.

Came in with tired, long hair and left with a neat and tidy bob, which made my hair look so much healthier and thicker and injected some life in to it. Phil was very honest about what was realistic with my fine hair, which I appreciated.

Beautiful colour great advice always

Apologies in advance that I can’t remember any names! I was greeted at reception straight away by a lovely lady who asked if I had been there before (which I hadn’t) and took my details and asked what sort of cut I was looking for - I had gone in by chance to see if there were any appointments available and was very lucky to get one that day and didn’t have to wait long either, and was given a coffee and my coat taken in the meantime. I was made to feel very welcome which was lovely as it can sometimes feel a bit awkward when you haven’t been somewhere before. Got a great head massage from the girl doing the washes and my stylist was really friendly and took the time to go through exactly what I wanted. I’m not a great conversationalist with people I don’t know, which I think she had picked up on (thank you- I appreciate not being forced into conversation), but took the time to make made some great recommendations for my type of hair and about the times they were open and booking online in future if that was easier for me. Overall, a brilliant experience and would highly recommend to anyone.

Phil always gives a great cut I’m always really pleased with the result

Ashley works with long hair and restyled my hair over the last 12 months getting rid of long layers and instead gave me one layer and leaving all the bottom thick I should of come to her years ago my hair is amazing and I would never get anywhere else . Ashley’s speciality is long hair and she knows how to make the layers work . I am blessed that I found her .

Just wanted to say Pure Hair, especially Phil my stylist never disappoints. Phil is always friendly, offers good advice on solutions for managing hair in between salon visits. A very talented stylist!
