There is always a fantastic welcome and a friendly atmosphere, all the stylists make you feel welcome and listen to you requirements, they offer the best advise and after using many salons in Solihull over the years this is by far the best salon I have used. Staff always ensure you are completely satisfied with your hair. I always feel my hair is at its best when I leave the salon.

Today I completed my journey. It all started with the colour and cut from hell which was perfectly corrected by Fay. Fay supported me every step of the way in getting my hair back to a healthy condition and now she has given me the style of my dreams, can honestly say the best cut I have ever had, thank you so so much. I even got a discount on my new hairdryer thanks to trebly, super pleased.

Fantastic colour correction by Jordan after a disappointing colour in France. I was super well looked after & what a fun team to hang out with for a few hours. I will definitely return when I am back in Solihull. I have been having my mid-long blonde hair coloured for +/- 30years & highly recommended Jordan as a stylist.

I was a little nervous going to a salon I didn’t know anything about, randomly chosen from google, I was made to feel welcome as soon as I got there, very friendly and good atmosphere. I talked to Jordan the hairdresser, explained what I wanted and I got exactly what I asked for !! You don’t get that in many places , usually have to mess with it myself when I get home! I have to say this is a fabulous salon and I would highly recommend it, I have already had the allergy test so I can go back to get a colour in th near future. Thank you all for making my experience at House of Hair Hostess a great one especially to Jordan who gave me a fabulous cut and blow dry. Having lived with colour I wasn’t happy with (done elsewhere) for several weeks, not helped by 2 weeks of Italian sun, my sister recommended Fay as the ‘go to’ girl to sort me out. She was right! Following an initial consultation and another detailed fact finding conversation yesterday, I now have exactly what I wanted. It’s rich, glossy, natural looking…. My hair, but soooo much better!! Thank you Fay for your time and expertise. I am delighted and would highly recommend.

Jordan is amazing! I wasn’t happy with my hair colour from another establishment and he spent the time fixing every detail of my hair until it was perfect. I had a full colour consultation and he understood what I wanted and he was able to explain everything that would be done to restore my hair. Jordan is very talented, and as the whole service took 6 hours, I didn’t feel like he rushed at any point. I also want to say thank you to Sam, who did my root shadow. The salon has a great atmosphere and everyone is so warm and inviting. Highly recommend and I will definitely be returning to the salon for all my future appointments.x
