I had a lovely experience, friendly, asking if wanted a drink, asking if everything is OK and hair with a trim turned out 100?per cent better then I thought it would ?
Most of the staff unfriendly and uncommunicative. Felt really uncomfortable on my last visit. The salon has gone down hill over the years. Don't seem to have the knowledge on new fashion colours. The stylist ***** gave me the worst half head of highlights I've ever had. Paid £116.00 and looked like I needed it done again a week later. Found her rude and patronising and was told the salon is looking for a much younger clientele, moving away from the middle aged and older client. If that's the case they'll have no clients left. There are so many salons in Solihull and surrounding areas so why would the younger clients go to cudmores. They need to up their game. Maybe that's why they offer groupon deals now.
Booked appointment at this once busy hairdressers and was not impressed at all , was like a ghost town when I arrived . Got seated then waited 30 minutes while hairdresser had personal call . Approached a blonde woman who looked like she was looking after things and age did not seem to care either . Eventually got my hair done which was not overly happy with .
Will not be visiting here again
