Reflections Harborne

I took my Mum to get her hair cut. Mum has Alzheimer's Dementia, a very sensitive scalp and can be very blunt in what she says. Michelle was excellent. She took great care in being gentle when washing and combing and treated Mum with respect. She told me not to worry when I tried to apologise for Mum's bluntness. This was the first time I have taken Mum to this salon but we'll definitely come to Michelle again in the future. Michelle also happened to cut my 8 year olds hair a few weeks ago and was equally good with her. Many thanks!

I had a last minute, same day, appointment and wanted my long hair cutting short! Well what can I say my stylist Charlotte listed to what I wanted, then advised me what would look better. Explaining why my style wouldn't work with my criteria and why her suggested style would. Well, I took her advice and wow it looked fabulous. I am writing this a week later and my have has behaved exactly as she said, with minimal input from me. Thank you Charlotte. ❤️

Reflections in Harborne has been my hair salon of choice for many years now. I'm always welcomed with a smile and the quality of haircuts is first class. There's never any fuss, I'm always offered a drink and all the team work well together. Michelle makes me feel at ease whatever mood I'm in, as well as being an excellent stylist!

Julie has been my stylist for years, and always makes every visit extra special. I had the Shinefinity hair glaze treatment as an extra special treat at the weekend and OMG!
