I travel from Worcester to Suyo Harborne Birmingham to have my cut & colour. I’m asked on a not infrequent basis where I go for my hair. Enough said.

Demi was brilliant! Great stylist, highly skilled colour technician. She brought my hair back to its natural colour just as I wanted and was lovely to chat to :)

I worked at the top end of the hairdressing industry for many years which means that I do recognise true talent.
It's hard to define what takes an accurate and competent haircut to the next level and I can only compare it to the X factor which people in showbusiness talk about.
Needless to say I'm delighted again with my haircut. Totally blown away!

I have never been to a salon who made me feel more comfortable or valued. Huge thanks to those members of staff that went above and beyond to help me achieve my desired look Thank you so much!!

I was made to feel very welcome. My 1st visit there. Stylist did a great job. She spoke to me about what I wanted and I was pleased with the result. Treated well. I also want to comment on the fact that it's one of the few salons I have been to where the more senior stylists use manners towards junior/trainee stylists, made them feel valued and appreciated, using please and thank you rather than throwing orders. Great to see. (Sad that I even need to mention this, but it isn't the case everywhere)

I would like to thank Jenny for a beautiful cut. I am very happy with my new hair style. The staff at the salon are all very welcoming the atmosphere was relaxed. It was my first time at SUYO I will be back. I have found at last a hairdressers that listens to the customer.

Excellent service and attention to detail. Friendly, efficient and welcoming. After 30 years I would not consider going anywhere else. Long may it continue.

I’m very happy with my experience and result! Raymond is brilliant! Can’t fault his talent! He a very warm friendly hairdresser who listens to your concerns and gives good advice. I’ll definately book in again with him.
The only minor bit of feedback is that the person washing my hair wasn’t thorough enough, she asked if I wanted a head massage which lasted a few seconds? And didn’t wash the back of my scalp or condition it very well. Also telling the customer what shampoo and conditioner is used would be beneficial too. Some people use mild shampoo so it would be nice to choose or be told what they are using and why. The cape needs to cover all over as I was left with lots of hair all over my cardigan, and I only realised When I took it off when I got home! No fault of the hairdresser.

Nick gives very good customer service. He is a very good stylists. I'm always well pleased with my hair when it has been finished.

Beautiful colour, great cut, fantastic service as always. Ellie goes that extra mile to ensure that my hair is exactly as I want it. I'm always delighted with the finished result. Praise must go to Demu too who also works incredibly hard to make sure clients are well look after.

It is always an enjoyable experience having my hair treated and styled at SUYO! I cannot thank Raymond, Ellie and the team enough for always providing the best salon experinces, services & laughs!

Excellent service from Meena and Laura as usual. The new Junior was not quite up to scratch but I mentioned this and the team were very apologetic and said they would speak to her and gave me a gift which was a lovely gesture!

Love going to Suyo. Tash is a fantastic colourist, the colour lasts well. Meena always does a great cut too and the staff who wash your hair and the reception staff are always lovely and friendly.

Have been going here for many many years and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to be honest.

Straightened into a lovely shiny cut by maria very friendly and efficient

I just want to say a big thank you to Raymond who was fab. He was attentive and really listened to what I wanted. The staff were friendly and even gave me a little head massage!

This was my first visit, the salon was very busy- always a good sign. Lily looked after me really well. The cut is just what I wanted and so precise. She is a really talented hair stylist and so long as Lily is at Suyo I will return. Lily you’re a star!
