Paige was very attentive and cut my hair to my wishes. The wash & condition in the massage chair was heavenly as always. My hair was dried beautifully and looked amazing. Paige , like her colleagues , was very chatty and friendly.

Paige always cuts my teenage son's hair. He is autistic and she works well with him, understanding his needs and making reasonable adjustments as needed. He has built a good relationship with her over the last few years.

She diagnosed a protein overload and encouraged me to condition and deep condition regularly. Four months on and I saw her today. She remarked how much healthier my hair looked. I haven’t been to a hair salon in over two years, but I was lucky enough to be looked after by Paige. She immediately made me feel comfortable with her warm and lovely personality. I really appreciated how honest she was about what was realistically achievable by the end of my appointment.
My hair turned out to be the curliest I’ve seen it in quite a long time, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. It was an amazing first experience at Spring, and I’d love to return as a regular customer for my future haircuts.

What an amazing place! Paris was so welcoming and professional with just the right amount of chat! My daughter (client) is autistic and struggles sometimes in social situations , especially with new people, but would be too embarrassed to say. Paris asked all the right questions but was also comfortable with the silence and didn't overwhelm her with small talk when she went quiet. She did exactly what my daughter had asked for and made her feel really comfortable and pampered. We will be back soon!

this was my first curly cut so i was very nervous!! i normally don’t enjoy haircuts but everyone was so welcoming and Paris was so lovely to talk to. loving my hair was always a struggle but it’s never been easier. having my hair done right before prom gave me so much confidence!! thank you spring!!!

I love this salon - I have been to a number of stylists over the last 5 years and I have never been disappointed. Paris is a great stylist: she understands my requests, cuts and styles my hair great and it’s good to be in her company for an hour.
I am so glad I chose this salon. This was my first curly haircut and I have never experienced anything like it. The service was so intentional. You could tell the stylist knew exactly what she was doing. A special mention to Laurie for making me feel so catered for. I really appreciated that she walked me through each step with such warmth and patience. I would recommend the service to anyone with curly hair. The cut was a little out of my normal price range, but I 100% think it is worth it to feel the way I did coming out of my appointment. I will definitely be coming back here.
My 2nd visit to the salon and they managed to fit me in at short notice, which was much appreciated. Had an incredible experience with Matt today, who is highly skilled, friendly, and gave me the haircut I asked for. The salon atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing, friendly staff and I walked out feeling so confident. Highly recommend

I was so nervous about today, wondering if i had made another bad choice of salon after having so many disappointing haircuts and stylists that no nothing about curly hair! Well the expectations have been surpassed!
My faith in hairdstylists has been restored. Felt completely at ease with Matt, he listened to what I wanted and did exactly what i wanted as well as giving me lots of advice on what to do and how to maintain my hair. I am over the moon with the results. My hair looks healthier than ever! And mentally I feel in a much better space! The whole experience has been cathartic.
