Dalel did an amazing job on my hair as my roots were showing. I had a root touch up and she went the extra mile to ensure I was happy, kept me informed and very professional. I look forward to my next visit. Also Karen at reception took great care of me and was very polite and professional. All the way through the service Dalel and the student apprentice made me feel welcomed and Dalel took care of me. Lastly it would have been nice if the store manager said hello and acknowledged my presence there.

Elise was great. She asked me what haircut I wanted and then talked me through the process. She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. She made conversation and kept me informed throughout the process. The end results were amazing. Definitely recommend.

Catherine has been doing my hair for years, wouldn't let anyone else anywhere near it. The colour is amazing and love the slightly shorter cut.

Dalel is an excellent stylist and it’s a pleasure, each time I visit, to watch my unruly mop of hair get transformed into a smart mop of hair!

I would like to thank Paolo for a brilliant cut. Definitely recommend to friends and family. It is worthy to go back on my next visit.

My colour is lovely and the cut but to sit in a mask for nearly 2 and a half hours without a drink is not a good experience not Dalels fault at all but they were not allowed to do drinks , this should be changed as I can go into a cafe for a drink , so please can you change this rule as it puts me off coming again for colours.

From the minute I walk in to the salon to the end the experience is amazing. Not just my stylist Catherine but the whole team. Amazing service and always making sure customers are happy before leaving. Thank you guys Xx

Loved it, nice and amazing professionals and atmosphere. First time straightening my hair in a year, went there scared because I got curly and afro hair, they treated my hair amazingly and left there feeling amazing and confident. :)

Dalel always goes above and beyond with her clients and today was no exception, I know she always knows what I want and I’ve never been disappointed yet, she is an asset to the company.

Paolo was so easy going I was able to relax. . He listened to what I wanted and even though I only gave him a rough idea he gave me a haircut that I am really pleased with. We discussed the colour of my hair but I made it clear I wasn’t interested in colour services. I was glad not to be advised about colour services.

I popped in on the off chance of a wash and BD. So accommodating and friendly- the stylist ( not sure of his name) curly brown hair, sounded Italian was so very nice.

Exceptional service! Dalel goes above and beyond to ensure your hair is left looking amazing. Always exceeds my expectations. You can see her passion for the work that she does and she never disappoints.

I’ve been going to Dalel now for over 10 years and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. I have a specific cut/style that only a true expert can master. Not only is she a great stylist but she’s an expert in colour. She is so knowledgable/talented and is up to date with all the latest styles/trends. She truly is amazing. Can’t recommend her enough. You will not be disappointed.

What can I say, I have my hair done and have done for many years by Dalel. Never had a bad experience; if you want a colour and cut by a very experience/professional hairdresser then look no where else. She always puts herself out for her clients, nothing it too much trouble, coming in early, staying late, I for one wouldn't go to anyone else. A++ for Dalel I always recommend her to others.

Great experience- lovely receptionist on arrival as usual.Friendly staff . My first appointment with Elise as the legend Paul has retired. However she was great and she is now my new stylist! Been a customer for several years- love the staff there. Always a great cut and colour.

Dalel is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. I am really fussy about my hair and before meeting Dalel used to find getting my hair done quite stressful as I would panic about what it would be like. With Dalel getting my hair done is a joy, she completely puts you at ease and she is fantastic at what she does. She is a perfectionist and goes out of her way to make sure every customer is happy. I am always thrilled with the outcome. I usually just have a hair cut but have just had my hair coloured by Dalel (which was the first time I’ve ever had my hair dyed) - I am over the moon with how it looks. I would never go to anyone else! Thanks so much Dalel x

Amazing experience I’ve always trusting Catherine with my hair and I was always scared to go blonde but Catherine has been able to promote my trust and slowly go blonde love the results.
