Saw Dalel today and as usual she always does a brilliant job ? she’s been doing my hair for years and I’ve never been disappointed x

£45.00 for a wash n blow dry and straightners to curl. Curls dropped straight away. Completely outrageous price. I ll never use Regis again

Excellent and exceptional service with paolo: there was a confusion with mine and my daughter’s booking and he stayed overtime to make sure both our hair got done. He spent so much time making sure my 5 year old was comfortable during the service and did amazing job like always on us both.

Rehana was so good, she listened to what I wanted and also made recommendations which did not disappoint. My hair was in a right state and now she’s made me love my hair again!

Icame to the salon for the first time staff was very pleasant. She did the best she could with my hair. She wasn't familiar with my hair type afro caribbean, but I was pleased I did a shampoo and blow dry.

Really nice welcoming staffs who treated my 2 year old with a haircut with such delicacy and patience. The result of her haircut was great no issues.

I’m so happy with my new style, I dropped in just to make an appointment but was squeezed in on the same day.
I didn’t have to wait long and everyone was very friendly.
Paolo was attentive and gave lots of advice, he took his time and honestly made my hair feel amazing!

I really enjoy my visits to Regis Birmingham and always leave with my hair looking it’s best. Dalel is a really superb stylist - book her if you want a great cut and friendly, relaxed service.

Paolo is an absolute genius at colouring, styling and absolutely anything related to hair! In addition he is just an all round great guy!!!

Yet again I’m really happy with my hair. Catherine is a great colourist, listens to what I want to achieve, offers advice, and the results are consistent. All the staff at Regis are lovely and welcoming and that’s why I return and would recommend to everyone.

I recently attended Regis Salon Birmingham. Dalel was my hairdresser. She provides an exceptional service and I always feel like a million dollar when she does a colour, wash set and cut. I recommend her to all of my friends.

Not happy with results at all and all my hair are now dry and ruined , all my friends are asking me what happened to my hair, usually when out of a salon as a woman I’d like to feel good and happy but this was just the opposite of how I felt, they also made me feel like that was my fault as what I asked for wasn’t possible to achieve as a look, but mentioned this just after the service and after they so my not happy face. Never had such and experience, Not going back ever

Efficient service, welcome staff, explain how the colour will work and the process, as was my first time as I did not prefer a dye, Rehana recommended semi permanent colour as this is my first time.

I would like to thank Paolo for ALWAYS great haircuts, and today I would love to thank Karen for such a hospital welcome every time I am there.
Everyone in Regis are nice and welcoming, but Karen is standing out with her warmth and kindness.
