We pride ourselves on our loyal team of professionals, who show a keen awareness of the clients’ needs, offering sound knowledge and friendly professionalism. Colour was done very well by Keira, but my hair decided not to play ball at the roots today so when Chantelle went to check it through after cutting and noticed she took me outside to check colour difference and then decided I needed a ‘flatter’ colour at the roots. Then it was arranged for me to have a. re-colour of roots to improve the appearance. I can’t fault any of the staff - all thorough and keen to rectify any issue that arose. Just one of those things that was addressed and dealt with professionally as always. Thanks to all who did my hair yesterday start to finish and to Lara and Tilly for the after care too. Very grateful
