I hate having my haircut but this was a very pleasant experience and has made me far more likely to visit more frequently. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel valued and the young woman who had the unenviable task of washing my hair was a delight. Emma was extremely reassuring and made me feel at ease straight away. I was happy to take her advice and will definitely be visiting again soon.
