I wish more time spent on haircut rather than staylish after cut since the hair cut will last longer with client rather than blow dry style. The time should focus more on the quality of haircut

Perfect cut, colour & service as always

When I arrived today for my 4:30 appointment I was greeted by a receptionist who was very welcoming and friendly, she asked me to take a seat and she went to inform Kris of my arrival, when she came back she asked an assistant to wash my hair who point blank refused and made another another girl wash my hair, it made me feel awful as it happened right beside the receipt desk, right in front of me, I felt that maybe I didn’t look like the right sort of person to visit the salon .

Jenny cut my hair skill fully and was friendly and welcoming. I am pleased with my experience

Stacey has seamlessly carried on looking after me since Mel became unwell. Thanks ?

She’s the best - friendly knowledgeable and first class stylist. Can’t speak highly enough of Sam.

It’s always such a relaxing experience as I know I’m in safe hands with Matthew, he really takes the time to understand what I like and delivers exactly what we discuss. The whole salon is such a friendly place to visit and always warm and welcoming.

Outstanding colour today with Ellie the Queen of colour. I’d been unsure about my colour and felt I’d been too dark in the summer and then too light recently and I didn’t know what was wrong. I spoke with Kris last week and he and I devised a plan going forward so thanks to Ellie and also Kris.

I am always slightly anxious about getting my hair cut as my hair gets very tangled when it gets wet and unfortunately this has led to my head being in the middle of some serious tug of war battles in the past.
I told Stacey about this today and she went out of her way to make sure she got all of the knots out showing patience and kindness throughout … she even managed to give me a bouncy blow dry (which in the past has been a bit of an ordeal).
I left feeling like a princess and without a headache ! She also styled my hair exactly as I requested. I will definitely be requesting Stacey again and recommending to friends. Thanks!

If it’s your first or your fourth first time stepping through the door you are all welcomed like family.
Jenny has been colouring and cutting my hair for 3 years or more, she has taken the time to understand my hair type and my ability to reproduce the style, giving tips and advice on how to take care of my hair.
A family run business treating everyone as family.
