Very enjoyable and very happy with my hair colour, Chloe took a lot of care to give me what I had asked for. Very enjoyable.

Emma listened very well when I was attempting to explain what I wanted her to do with my hair. Then Alisha highlighted it well and efficiently. When it came to the cut Emma delivered exactly what I wanted and so I’m a very satisfied customer all round ☺️

I always leave totally happy with my style. Matthew listens and adapts so it's fresh each time...the cut also grows well so definitely I would recommend Matthew. I enjoy my visits to the salon...it's relaxing and everyone is very kind.

I've been going here for a long time, being about 18 years at least, I have never left dissapointed, with any aspect of my visit.

I love visiting LJL and on a cold Monday afternoon it was a a fabulous tonic to keep me going all week. Staff are amazing and Kris was fantastic as usual.

My first visit to Zara's today. Very friendly and professional. Fabulous colour and cut, very happy with my hair. Would definitely recommend.

Came in for my monthly cut & colour & was treated to a fab wave for my Christmas works party. Plus I loved chatting with the girls about products, makeup, tweakments etc. enjoyed 2 cups of pukka herbal tea, thanks Lara, another lovely afternoon with your top team xx

Such a lovely Christmassy atmosphere in the salon today! Staff are always so happy and friendly, but there was that extra buzz this afternoon! My colour is just perfect, so please with Ruby’s work! Alisha did an absolute fantastic job! I got highlights done and some layers cut.
First of all- absolutely love the colour and cut.
What made todays visit extra good- I felt like she really took her time!
I have really long her and find it usually uncomfortable up to super painful when I get my hair brushed after the wash. Yet, Alisha was incredible gentle and gave a really nice little massage during the wash too!

I went on my birthday and it was such a lovely relaxing time! Kris was so friendly and helpful as have me advice on styling as I went for a bit of a change but he did a great job and I am so happy with my haircut!

The entire experience was entirely enjoyable. My stylist, Emma was very attentive and thoroughly professional throughout.

Kris (along with the gorgeous Tilly) inspired me to go for it today and chop off my long hair! Their confidence in the style we chose really gave me the confidence to embrace it and a new me! Kris as always listens to exactly what I want and his creativity and passion shine through as he did each step of my transformative hair style today. I LOVE coming to the salon and I love that I can 100% trust my wonderful hairdresser. It means the world- thank you Kris 🫶🏼

Been coming to the salon for 6 years and I honestly would not let anyone else colour my hair apart from these guys. Ellie is the best! She’s brought my hair up from looking dry and broken to now the longest it’s ever been and back to it’s normal thickness! 100 out of 10 would recommend
