I had an amazing experience at Lara Johnson’s in Mumbles today. The staff were so friendly and made me feel right at home. The atmosphere is warm, upbeat, and really enjoyable to be in. They listened to what I wanted and did a beautiful job on my hair — I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend to anyone.

I have my hair styled at Lara's regularly, I have been going there for about 10 years. The receptionists are always very welcoming and helpful. . I am always pleased with my cut and styling.

Today I had Dan and Evie colour and style my hair. I had the pair of them do a big brush blow dry simultaneously which made it so much quicker and it looks great. Thanks so much to Dan and Evie you were fantastic today.

Matthew is a lovely guy with great integrity. More importantly he's a fabulous stylist who can transform your hair. I would highly recommend.

Dan is wonderful! He has been styling my hair for years now. Friendly, funny and professional- I would not want anyone else to cut my hair now. I am always pleased with my haircut and often get asked who cuts my hair., as it always looks lovely. Can’t fault him!

From the time I walked into the salon yesterday, the staff that were at the reception desk were so attentive, I was immediately found an appointment for today. I haven’t had a colour at the salon before, so I was offered a colour test incase I had any allergies there and then, and a small consultation as to what I wanted done ready for my appointment.
When I arrived today, I was met by Jodie my stylist, who took my coat, and then directed me to go up the stairs to the colour department. Once at my chair, Jodie had an idea of what I wanted from the notes from yesterday, Lara then came over and suggested what she thought I should have, which we went with, and I am so happy that I listened to her, the colour has brightened my skin tone, which she said it would. Jodie worked her magic, and was absolutely amazing at working out the exact colour needed. Then a new fresh cut, my hair has been the same style for many years, which I always wore up because of work, but now I’ve retired I fancied a new look, so I’ve had a shoulder length bob, with a fringe. I absolutely adore my hair after today’s appointment and have already made an appointment for February.
I cannot fault anything from today’s appointment, Lara, you and your staff and true magnificent at what you do.

I have been growing my hair out for a long time and really didn’t want my progress to be cut short — and Lizzie listened and respected this fully!!! She understood exactly what I was hoping for and delivered an amazing result. My hair feels fresh, healthy, and beautifully shaped without losing any of the length I worked so hard to grow.
