Lara Johnson Lifestyle is an award-winning boutique salon based in Swansea. We pride ourselves on our loyal team of professionals, who show a keen awareness of the clients’ needs, offering sound knowledge and friendly professionalism. We offer a wide variety of services that will leave you feeling fabulous.

Our services include cutting, colouring, styling, perming, extensions and bridal hair. When visit for haircut staff are always attentive from moment walk in door. Never rushed and Dom is a great stylist and pays a lot of attention to what I want for cut and also will make suggestions if I ask. Also good conversation throughout. Hair was washed and a lot of care with temperature of water made and check I’m comfortable before shampoo conditioner and rinse. And always a coffee offered during visit which is a nice touch. Appointment then arranged before left. Great experience as always thank you.

Excellent Kris and a poor service from the other stylist

I had my hair coloured by a different stylist and Kris did my cut.

The different stylist didn’t introduce herself. She greeted me with a “this way”, no good afternoon, no pleasantries, no suggestion of a smile. When I asked her for advice on my colour as last time was a little darker than I’d like she snapped “you’ve had the same colour for ages”. And when I said that Kris often mixes different colours she said “what colour do you want? There’s lots of different reds”. Thank goodness Kris came to my rescue to confirm he did mix two colours and advised on a different proportion this time. Yes love I do know what I have done with my own hair.

Kris was friendly, professional and excellent as usual. The grumpy teenager needs some advice on basic manners and customer service.
