I had a cut and blow dry by Molly at the Stratford upon Avon salon. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair and she produced a perfect replica. The staff in the salon are friendly and polite but are also extremely professional. I won't go anywhere else. It is worth every penny for such brilliant service and expertise.

Gorgeous colour and cut from Bella and Annie to transform my hair from long, damaged and in need of some serious TLC, to short, fuller fringe, and gorgeous blonde ombre. So many compliments from friends and even complete strangers who have seen me in passing at the gym. Thank you so much ladies, cannot recommend enough!

Jay cut my little mans hair today. Not an easy task especially with a wash of the hair too. Little lad actually loved it and Jay was great with him! Job well done!

I had my hair coloured today, Bella the colourist is such a lovely girl. Bella is professional and very attentive , and always puts you at ease. I also had my hair cut today by Annie. Delighted with my cut, Annie is also very attentive to how you would like your hair cut, also such a friendly girl. Very happy with my experience at the salon

Once again a top class service at Toni and Guy. They are the only salon I know that actually know how to deliver a decent cut and blow dry. Excellent service and delighted with the result!

Bella is an excellent colour technician. Very skilled at her job which is why I keep returning to her for highlights. Yesterday I had half head of highlights. The shampooist was excellent also and I really enjoyed the massage chair and having my head massaged. Also had a lovely cappuccino on arrival. I think the service in general from all staff is friendly and efficient. Always have a good experience.

Lovely as always

I told the girl that the last time they did my hair I was left with a ginger tinged to it. I repeated several times that I did not want it ginger. It’s ginger. Because of my job I have limited breaks. Once the colour had been on its time, it was checked. Told 5 more mins, 15 mins later still on. Some one eventually came to wash off. She then told me the person cutting it would be a few mins as he was busy. I didn’t have the time to wait so had to cancel the cut. Please just dry it straight I asked. As I’m in a hurry. I’ve never seen such an uninterested person dry my hair in all my life. Then to be told it would be ok when I tied it back. No apologies just “when do you want to book in for the cut” and “will you make your next appointment by phone” nearly £100 later I have ginger and frizzy har to go on holiday. Thank you T&G

Really didn't know what I wanted from my cut when I went in, had really good advice and guidance from Molly and we has plenty of time to discuss options. Really pleased with the cut.

My hair is difficult to do even directors have problems so i am full of dread when Molly isnt ablr to blow dry my hair. Had my hair coloured by Natalie all good. Young girl Jess blow dried. My hair i explained my hair difficult and worked with her to have my hair dried so i could go out saloon without pinning it up. She was great really listened to me did as i explained re my hair and happy to sat no need for the hairclip
Hidden in my bag. She is training but i can tell she will make a fantastic hairstylist. Well done to her and such a lovely girl

Molly is an artist, best hair cut ever.

I have been coming to T&G in Stratford upon Avon for about 4-5 years now, and have been having my hair cut by Jay for about the same time on and off. The service I receive there is second to non. Jay is excellent. He is friendly, takes time to really get to know his clients, and always offers sound advice. His stylist skills are brilliant and I am always really happy with my hair cut.

I arrived at 9.30 to find that I had been wrongly booked in for the same time and day of the month, but for April. Molly immediately offered a solution and fitted me in. Despite being no doubt pressed for time, she as usual took great care cutting my hair. Everyone was very helpful and apologetic and the whole visit was a really good experience.

Have always gone into T&G Stratford confident that I will leave happy.
Delighted, yet again, with the quality of cut and finish from Annie.
The massage chair and coffee was icing on the cake after a busy day at work.
Leaves me feeling a happy bunny in time for Easter

I love my trip to Toni&Guy in Stratford upon Avon, from entering the door, to leaving the shop I am spoilt. The hair washing with head massage whilst reclining with feet up, and back massager on is bliss. Then my cut and blow dry with Jay whilst sipping a latte and having a chat. What more could anyone ask for. Thank you!
