Spur of the moment decision to have my hair cut. I have to say honestly I am soooo pleased with it. My hair feels so much lighter and has the movement with the layers in that I wanted.

This is the third time Jay has cut my hair. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I even went back after a week as I needed a little more taken off, no problem at all, Jay couldn’t have been more helpful. I’ve never had so many compliments about my hair, I’m 63, this boosts my confidence. Thank you Jay.

Yesterday I had a cut and blow dry by Jay, who I was meeting for the first time. Great cut and very friendly and cheerful stylist.

I took my 11 year old daughter to get a style allowing her fringe to grow out. Kerry gave her a lovely layered cut and we all were looked after with coffees and hot chocolate ( including both parents and a little brother). And it was a half price day for u12s. Very happy daughter and dad.

Fabulous experience, as always and left feeling a million dollars! Wouldn’t go anywhere else

I’ve had Ellie to cut my hair twice now and can recommend her. She knows her job and is very chatty and makes you feel at home

Enjoyable experience

Had my first appointment with the lovely Ellie today - very welcoming and attentive and a great cut and blow dry. Thank you!

I booked to have highlights followed by cut. When I made booking I was asked to change it so that the highlights & cut followed each other, so I was surprised that I had to wait for a considerable amount of time without any apology. In the end I had to ask someone just to dry my hair. No cut, no acknowledgement, no apology. I’ve been a regular customer but won’t be back. I’m sure I can find somewhere else that provides good customer service.

I was a regular customer here for years, until a recent colour disaster - maybe patchy leopard print is yet to come in to fashion (colour by *****). The colour was ‘corrected’. I spent the first week after with dirty blonde ends and my roots were very dark with a strange orange glow! Ellie kindly offered a free colour to cover the fade, however I will no longer be stepping back in to this salon! Also, just so you are aware - if your hair colour is to be corrected (by the stylists mistake) they make you pay for the correction colour!!!! Shocking!!

I decided to treat my daughter for her 10th Birthday for a re-style and she loved it, the pampering, the care and the great service! Thank you for making a 10 year old a happy girl xx

Molly is a fabulous hairdresser only person who can style my hair and i know i dony have to worry. Shes the only person who i know that i can walk out of the salon and not have to wash my very unruly hair. She offers advice on how to style/ manage my hair. Also like to mention Sean who totally changed my colour and i was amazed at the result. He too is great a blowdrying my hair .

I am disappointed the stylist failed to listen to my children's request for their haircuts
