Gemma was friendly, complimentary and knowledgeable about other products when I asked. Also, I gave her free reign to a degree and I was happy with the outcome.

Been using klickers for years! They are friendly and professional, and they take time to find out what you want. They also have lots of ideas if, like me, you never know what to do with your hair (!) and they seem to always keep up to date with the latest techniques etc. If you want a relaxed, friendly salon where you feel at home and then walk out of the door with a great haircut then this is for you!

My experience today was great as always. Been coming here for over 18 years. Sarah is amazing as is Amy who did my colour. Staff are always welcoming, place is spotless and the head massage is amazing! Thanks guys once again. See you all soon. Helen x

Outstanding salon and bespoke customer service where attention to style, detail and customer satisfaction is of paramount importance. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Your consultation starts with a discussion on cut, colour,styling and hair type. You will be truly listened to and advised. Sarah the Artistic Director is a brilliant colourist/cutting/styling genius. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Martin always cuts my hair exactly as I like it. The trainee who did the wash was excellent. Attentive and took her time

Having left Klickers many years ago, I am very glad to be back and would highly recommend the salon to others!
Helen knows exactly what style works well for me and we enjoy a bit of experimenting with colours because it always turns out fab. Also the best cut I’ve ever had and good products, especially illuminate! Never leave the salon disappointed, as I often have others.
A thumbs up should also be noted for the apprentices/assistants who are always part of the good experience.

Darren’s been looking after me for a number of years and I’ve never been disappointed - I always get loads of compliments about my hair and that’s down to his excellent cuts. My hair’s really fine and greasy so needs to be washed every morning and I prefer sleep to styling - thanks to Darren, it always looks good with minimal effort and product!

Emma is the best hairdresser by far. Her customer service is second to none. She’s very caring, attentive and knowledgeable about what my needs are. Always there with advice and gives the best head massages and I’ve had at the salon and there’s been a few. Emma is an asset to Klickers. X

I’ve been a client of Martins for 30 years. I trust Martins advice on all matters regarding my hair. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I dread the day he tells me he is retiring. It’s always a pleasurable experience, relaxing and fun. Top salon in Rugby wouldn’t go anywhere else....

As usual Lorraine and the whole team were on top form. Welcoming, friendly, efficient and my hair cut exactly the way I want it; the same each time every time.

Sarah is very friendly & professional in her approach and I am always Happy with the way she does my hair.

Gemma was confident to give her opinion on what would look best when I asked, as i'm fairly clueless. She spent an awful lot of time and did a thorough job with my foils, toner, cut, blowdry and style. I feel so fresh with my new style, thank you!
