Lynn always advises me on my colour and takes the time to listen to what I'd like and talks me through how I can achieve it, if at all possible without damaging my hair. My hair is in amazing condition thanks to Lynn and she recommends the best products for me to use. I love how she takes care of my hair and how attentive she is. Lynn is so patient and looks after me with my ailments too as I struggle with different problems. Also, the coffee is delicious. I'd definitely recommend Lynn (and leanne) and I will never go anywhere else.

Leanne did a brilliant job, she listened to what I wanted and she came up with suggestions which resulted in my hair looking thicker and smooth , lovely cut and colour , the colours blended with my natural colour and the cut was meticulous, love it . Lynn, as always, took the time to ask me questions and listen to what I want from the colour and cut today. As it happens I wanted exactly the same as Lynn did it last time. Lynn has a great attention to detail and the patience of a saint. I get about 4 different colours in my hair(browns and blondes) and they all blend in and compliment each other so well. Even tiny sections of hair are coloured differently.
The coffee is gorgeous and refills are no problem.
I have been to the salon after different types of operations and I suffer from a sore neck and back . This isn't a problem as Lynn makes me feel as comfortable as I need to be, even giving me a poufy to put my legs up onto and lowering or raising the basin to accommodate.
The salon and bathroom are very clean.
Five of my family members also see Lynn and we wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
