Had my hair highlighted and cut by Leanne and I must say I am delighted! My hair is starting to turn grey and I wanted the grey to be blended with highlights , the result is so good. The cut I asked for was a blunt , sharp bob, which Leanne precision cut to perfection. So happy and ready to hit the Xmas season feeling confident, thank you x

Been coming here for over two years now and my only regret is I hadn’t been coming here sooner . I love my hair now when I first came here my hair was in terrible condition but Lynn has turned it around and it looks amazing shiny and very healthy . Myself and my little girl have been regular Saks South Shields clients following our first visit in early 2023. Leanne is and has always been super welcoming, helpful, friendly and caring as well as always having the best chats and listens to not only our hair requirements , but general chat about day to day life, which makes the atmosphere so much more relaxed and enjoyable.
My little girl can never wait for her next visit when we leave and always looks forward to going back next time.
Both our hairs are always in such good condition and our needs listened to regarding
Colour for myself and hair length etc for both myself and my little girl.
All of the girls (training to be hairdressers) have also always been so kind and thoughtful and made my little girl feel so special, including on our most recent visit for her birthday, absolutely amazing morning for her and made her feel like a true little princess. Leanne always goes above and beyond, she listens and genuinely cares about what she’s doing as a stylist and how she can best help you get the style you want and care for your hair.
Would Highly recommend not only Saks South Shields but Leanne also as a stylist, we wouldn’t go anywhere else or want anyone else to do our hair!

I love this salon. My family and myself won't go anywhere else. Lynn is amazing! Her attention to detail is spot on. She takes so much care in making sure all my strands of hair are in the foils and I have lots of different colours running through.
Lynn consults first of all and will tell you if what you want is achievable for your hair, or if not, why it's not. Then she suggests an alternative which ends up fantastic anyway.
I am offered endless cups of coffee, tea or water (included) and also the best head massage ever when the conditioning treatment is rinsed off!! (optional and included).
The salon is spotless as are the brushes, etc.
No hard sell for hair products, although the selection is vast and fab. Lots of advise and suggestions too.

I love Lynn doing my hair. She seems to know how it sits and what works best. As I’m getting more grey with age, she advises me and does what she thinks is best. Always a great salon experience with the best coffee. My son gets his hair done at the same time and he’s always made to feel welcome with a drink and biscuits.
