Ella is the nicest hairdresser ever have ever had she listens and gives good suggestions , always a pleasure getting my hair done

Had a hair cut with Ella, and had such a wonderful service, Ella was so professional when advising me on my hair as I had quite a big hair cut and change. Ella advised me on different things like asking how I wore it day to day at work and gave advice based on this. For such a big change to my hair Ella made me feel so relaxed and I love my hair now, after it has been made to feel so thick and healthy. Gracie washed my hair and was very professional. It was lovely to see Ella advising Gracie on different hair cuts and Gracie asking really good questions.

Ella really listened to me and made suggestions to achieve the result I'd hoped for. She also gave advice on conditioning products to help maintain condition between appointments. I'm delighted with the result - thank you. NB the only reason Cleanliness was rated 4 stars was that there was nothing to dry hands on after using the loo and I had to alert staff to there being no toilet roll - however, this was rectified immediately.
