The Dermal Lounge

Neglected my skin for many years and this deep cleansing facial has left my skin feeling healthy, smooth and glowing. Very relaxing 1.5 hours including massage round shoulders, back, neck and head and feet. A real treat and highly recommended.

Had the most wonderful 2 hour massage with Anna this week as a birthday treat...it was quite the best I've ever had..Anna explained first about what she was going to do an hour of gentle body brushing, flowwing massage then an hours facial. I just melted into the experience and felt all my stresses melting away.
If you want to give or have a special treat this is the one to have especially with Anna whose experience, empathy and touch is very unique.

Started IPL treatment for first time. Anna was thoughtful and talked me through each step of the treatment so I was fully aware of what was happening at each stage. Very helpful and reassuring.

I've just had a lovely relaxing time at The Dermal Lounge in Weybridge. My skin had dried up - early central heating? Not enough fresh air? Not enough moisturiser? Who knows - but I needed remedial help. One hour later, after a full facial - given by Anna - my head no longer feels 'squeezed' due to a lot of computer work and eye strain, and my skin is smooth, glowing and more elastic. I think the Elemis products really work for me. Certainly their application by those healing hands makes a visible difference. Wish I could afford one visit every month.Never mind; booked my next facial for just before Christmas, when I hope to glow a bit again - roll on Jingle Bells. Thanks again to all at D.L.

I recently was recommended the dermal lounge by a friend when my skin suddenly began to change so I made an appointment for a dermalogica facial. Wow what a fantastic find! This salon is a real gem. The time from entering to leaving was a real pleasure and I was treated to a fantastic facial and afterwards was given advice and samples to take away and try with no pressure to buy but instead an opportunity to try for myself. How refreshing! Can't recommend it enough

Was a loyal customer for over a year and overall was happy with the quality of the treatments I received. However, on a number of occasions there seemed to be issues with the appointments that I pre-booked. Be aware that often they will try to move your appointment and if they can't get hold of you to confirm, they will move it anyway without you agreeing to it.
I am no longer going to Dermal Lounge after having recently experienced extremely bad customer service. I pre-booked a facial as a birthday treat (about 1 month in advance) and asked family to purchase a voucher to cover the treatment. A couple of days before my treatment, they tried to contact me, asking to move my appointment (again). I was traveling with work and didn't have the chance to get back to them, so it was moved without my agreement and I received a text message with my new appointment time. The room was warm and cosy and whole experience was extremely calming and relaxing. My face feels soft, less lined and positively glowing!

After having a stressful period at work, my girlfriend bought me a voucher for a back massage at The Dermal Lounge. Having not had a professional massage before I was a little apprehensive however I was pleasantly surprised. The massage was excellent and just what I needed and the advice given to help me at home was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely visit again

Anna has a soothing presence - a number one asset when you feel 'bruised' and tired. After a facial cleansing session, administered in semi darkness with soothing music, using Elemis products, you can walk along the main shopping street and if you bump into people you know they invariably ask whether you've been on holiday - no, just a face session at Anna's…. and it lasts quite a while.

During the Christmas event last night I not only had a makeup session (only ever done that once before in my long lifetime) and I bought some exciting Christmas presents for female family members. They're going to be thrilled. Thanks Anna and team for that lovely spoiling. When personal finance improves, I shall be back with you in a flash.

I have just returned from a wonderfully relaxing afternoon of CACI at the Dermal Lounge. It makes me feel 10 years younger and already I have received a compliment from my daughter who is hard to please. I can highly recommend this treatment. I have been going to the Dermal Lounge regularly for over 10 years. There is a range of treatments.....give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

I have been having the Caci with the Dermal Lounge for a year. I am extremely happy with the service and would not go to any other salon for treatment. The service is very professional, their knowledge is excellent which is of paramount importance and I can trust them with my body and face 100 percent. Lovely experience with really helpful staff.

First facial I have had in ages, was very relaxing and pleasant. Assistant assessed my skin as being dry so will remedy this., altogether an excellent experience.

The massage I experienced today was absolutely fantastic. The girl looking after me was very polite and professional, and made me feel very relaxed. The massage was excellent and I felt it worked on the areas of tension I really wanted to focus on.

An amazing relaxing hour

Had a lovely experience today at the Dermal lounge had a full body scrub, eye brow wax and both manicure with Gel nails and pedicure all of which were fantastic.

Today I had a 45 minute back massage with Corrine. Lots of tension in my shoulders and long overdue tlc! I was relaxed within minutes and felt incredible at the end. A much improved back and feeling completely chilled out. I've been going to the dermal lounge for years and can't recommend Anna and the team highly enough.

I went to Dermal Lounge for a one hour massage. The therapist spoke to me at the start to ask what I wanted. I was very specific about the type of massage I wanted and which areas were important. She said it was no problem. However the experience was the absolute opposite of what had been discussed. She did not give the type of massage requested ,in fact it felt like someone was just spreading some lotion onto my skin, not a massage of any description at all.
