Yesterday I had my usual apt with debbie
My hair really needed attention but with
Debbie’s expert help it looked amazingly better I enjoyed my time in the salon .
Fiona was brilliant. She understood exactly what I wanted and gave me some suggestions

Having excitedly arrived for my long awaited appointment after lockdown I had a consultation with Rebecca doing my highlights and then a consultation with my stylist Debbie. Whilst having my hair washed after completion of highlights I was asked if I was having a rough dry. When I said I was due to have a cut and blow dry, I was told Debbie had to go home. Nice to be told!! A month on and I am am still awaiting a new appointment. I was lucky enough to get booked in elsewhere and am extremely happy. I have to say I was very pleased with the highlights but as far as the service....... well I can only assume they are so busy since COVID that they don’t need my custom. Well they won’t be getting it again!!

We would always try to resolve any issues or problems that have occurred during clients visits. Unfortunately, Debbie's mum was rushed into hospital and had to leave at the last minute. Therefore it would be fair to say that we would have appreciated you contacted us about your dissatisfaction and service to the salon directly, prior to leaving any negative feedback as we always try to help resolve any issues and always encourage our clients to leave positive feedback.

Was an appointment well worth the wait! I absolutely love my hair cut! I know from having visited other hair stylists with the photo I shared with Marco, that this was not an easy look to achieve. Marco did sooo well and I am thrilled. I love that Marco is super confident and really listens, and achieves your desired look even when it might seem impossible. The staff at the branch were all lovely and service was excellent as usual. Thanks to the team! Ps. The head massage during the wash was an absolute dream too!
