I just had a great experience at the salon today, I got a lovely haircut, exactly what I wanted (ever better than I imagened) friendly and professional staff, the atmosphere was great! I recommend them and not only they have good prices there are lots of discounts and vouchers that they offer

The appointment was for my 6 year old daughter - just a trim. Although we were pleased with the end result, and the shampoo was lovely for her, the stylist was abrupt and looked really hacked off for the duration of our appointment. My daughter was a bit nervous and the stylist did nothing to put her at ease, just giving her basic instructions. She barely gave me eye contact and was not at all child friendly. Despite this lack of friendliness, my daughter did really well and was as good as gold. We both left wondering what we had done wrong?!

I was looked after from the moment I walked in, there’s a real family feel to this salon. Alex did a fantastic cut as always.

The staff is friendly and approachable. They had decaf coffee, so they went that extra step. Megan was really good at listening and then advising me. She tweaked the cut several times at the end to get it perfect .. best cut yet and best salon experience ever.

Jade is super friendly and her work is amazing, she always transforms my hair and makes it look so lovely. The treatments after my colour have also made my hair feel so healthy. I had Brodie dry my hair after which made it super smooth. Thanks girls! :) x

I don’t normally bother to write reviews, it’s not my thing but after visiting MOVA for the first time I felt compelled to let everyone know about my experience.. Firstly, I have difficult to manage Afro hair and it’s a nightmare, I had put off going to any hairdressers for a long time as the last few I had visited didn’t have a clue what to do, anyway, so I book In with Giuseppe and am greeted warmly by him and some gorgeous smiling ladies! We then look at some photos to understand how I would like my hair to look (in an ideal world) and I then proceed to get a relaxing hair wash (with a bit of a head massage!) and at the same time a back massage (what other hairdressers offer that?) As soon as that was finished, I get handed a cold beer (Italian of course) before getting a damn sweet hair cut which means I can now go out in public again.. All the staff at MOVA are lovely and helpful, it’s clean, bright and they really pay attention to customers, if you are a bit bored with your current hairdresser and want a change, ditch em and make the move to MOVA, I don’t think you will be disappointed, I’ll definitely be back!

I always look forward to a visit to MOVA, as I know I will leave feeling fabulous , just had my colour done by Jade , she is amazing and fab cut with Joe, always good banter , thanks guys see you all soon

Well this is in fact the best experience I have ever had in a hair salon. I havent been in a salon for years and was a bit scared from my experience at other salons. Mova know what they are doing, free complimentary drinks (yes please and thank you very much) all staff are a delight. If you read any bad reviews I would 100% question the person writing the review and recommend the salon to anyone. Good service and epic hair cut!! Thank you so much ladies ?

Jade has been so great, one of the best hairdressers I’ve had. I wanted a short cut and was very particular about the length, and she did exactly what I asked and gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. She would make suggestions for layers and styling, but was never too pushy. I’m in love with my hair and will definitely keep going back to Jade,
