Guiseppe is such a lovely person. He listens, understands and gives the best advice and makes sure I leave the salon happy. I’ve had two sessions of SMP and looking forward to get the third one. Happy with the result so far. I always feel very comfortable at Mova.

Megan is always so Attentive and asks how my hair has been on every visit and although I have my hair cut the same she always asks me. Great service al always.

I absolutely love MOVA Staines. I used to have friends do my roots etc at home for several reasons, some salon experiences with other salons I have been made to feel unwelcome, and that I didn't fit in ... but MOVA is like you've walked into your friends house! Such a comfortable atmosphere can do attitude, nothing is too much trouble and watching the owner Giuseppe touch with every client is super impressive and really puts people at ease. I can't see myself going anywhere else now! Thanks MOVA

Always a warm welcome from whoever is manning the reception at Mova Staines. All the staff are welcoming and happy - this is (I am pretty sure) down to excellent management of a superb team of talented stylists and trainees. Consultation before your cut/colour/restyle and the staff really listen to you and will advise. I will forever be loyal to Mova Staines. Long gone are my days of leaving a salon and re-washing and drying my hair.

I was a colour model for Pia. Currently under assessment / training and was over seen by Charlotte.. Pia made me feel at ease. Asked me exactly what I wanted. Came up with a plan and explained as she went a long.. I am very happy with the end result! Pia seemed confident and in-control and felt comfortable asking any questions that she might have had to me and to Charlotte.
Very happy from start to finish.
I wish her the best of luck in her chosen career - she’ll smash it!!

Megan is an absolute superstar! She totally transformed my awful 2 years of box dye to such an amazing colour I feel like a new person. The whole experience is brilliant from start to finish, the salon is friendly and relaxing. Alex takes real interest in what I wanted, after a previous visit she remembers what I like and the colours she did for my highlights were perfect. I always leave the salon feeling like a new woman!

Another super cut by Emily and my hair feels so soft after the conditioning treatment. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. This salon gives a discount to blue light card holders which is always a nice bonus.
