I haven’t been to Inches for a treatment for ages but I thought I’d treat myself to a spray tan for my holiday. Not only was the therapist over 20 minutes late with no apology. Another therapist who saw me waiting suggested I go into the room to undress and wait. I waited another 5 minutes before my therapist arrived and then proceeded to tell me her hands were still covered with wax (from her previous client) whilst she was applying moisturiser to my hands (which I had to remind her to do before the spray). The sticky pads which I was told to step onto left so much residue on my feet that I had to shower them when I got home to remove it, waste of time having spray tan on my feet and lower legs. Whole experience left me feeling really disappointed and wishing I hadn’t bothered. Also whilst I appreciate the room for the spray tanning must be difficult to be keep clean it truly is the most depressing space to wait in.

I have been getting a regular deep tissue back and neck massage from Laura for about two years now. Sitting at a desk all day doesn't help your back but Laura's massages keep me loose and mobile.
