I was at the salon for electrolysis so not lots of fun - though necessary! But Laura was professional and thorough. She also gave really good honest advice before I decided to start the course of treatment which was really helpful.

Laura is top notch ,she takes special care with an eye for detail in not missing any stray hairs that might easily get missed.

I go to Inches every 2 weeks for a gel manicure. Always top quality and a lovely experience. Today was no exception.

Super massage this evening and Laura was great. I had so much tension in my neck and shoulders. Laura was incredible at getting rid of the knots and loosening all the tension. It was hard not to fall asleep. I walked out feeling like I had gained a new upper body. Thank you

I am lucky enough to be mother of the groom on Saturday and wanted a long lasting nail polish in the style of a French manicure. Jodie explained the process and recommended a couple of base and tip colour options. She tried them on her own nails so I could see before I made my choice. Jodie took so much care during the painting of my nails and hand painted the tips using a very fine brush and a very steady hand. My nails look fabulous, thank you.
