Really disappointed ... spray tan only had one coating when I usually have 2.

Brilliant experience and service

Georgie has always been a brilliant therapist. I have been having regular monthly facials and occasional pedicures with her for over 2 years now. Today while relaxing I was thinking how well 'looked after' I was feeling. She has a wonderful relaxing way about her and never skimps on the luscious Clarins products. I always feel wonderfully pampered.
I'm so sorry she's decided to retire.

As this was my first time at Inches of Oxted I was given a questionnaire to fill - all very reassuring and professional. Ellie was friendly and efficient and provided a very good service. I have booked in for another treatment with her.

I drive 40 mins there and 40 mins home to get the best spray tan there is, Abi is amazing at what she does and always so friendly and polite. Highly recommend. Thankyou always Abi X

I had a fantastic mini pedicure with gel this morning. The customer service was exemplary with Sue managing to juggle things to fit me in. Natalie, the therapist, was lovely. I’ve been to cheaper walk-in pedicure places in Oxted, but will definitely return to Inches as the care and welcome made me feel special. Thank you very much.

As always, fantastic service. It’s so relaxing in the treatment room with the music and soft lights. Ellie was very professional.

My first manicure and gel nails too. A very pleasant experience. The service was excellent, professional and friendly. I can thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful pedicure & manicure. Suggestion: it would be very nice to have had something like throw-away flip-flops to wear after the lovely pedicure so I could toddle over to the manicure bar while my toenail polish needed to dry without my bare feet touching the salon floor.
Chelsea like Elly the day before was professional and skillful, am very pleased with both!.

I had an amazing experience at Inches.I was so relaxed that I fell asleep halfway through!!!!My skin looks incredible after the facial so much more than I anticipated.I have been going to Inches for nearly 30 years and would not go anywhere else.Even tho I live quite a way from Oxted and there are several salons nearer I still prefer to go to Inches.Dawn is like an old friend now.

Natalie was just wonderful today. My pedicure was relaxing and me feet feel amazingly soft.

Ellie was lovely, I had my first spray tan and it was a real treat.
Unfortunately when I went to pay and no one was on the reception desk . I waited ten minutes to pay, an older blonde lady grumpily took my payment. No nice customer service at all, a smile and a thank you would have gone a long way to complete my salon experience. I was an inconvenience to her it seemed. I could have left the salon without even paying as no one was at the desk. So because of this miserable person I left feeling quite disappointed.

Trifacial better than ever. Needed the relaxation and my face now looks much plumper and relaxed. Not bad for 65!
