Awesome hair as always. Alison and Amy have got it gripped and know exactly what I’m after and I messed up my booking but they still managed to move things and given me a full colour toner treatment and cut.

I was visiting Leatherhead and wasn’t able to get a hair appointment elsewhere as booking was far ahead. I popped into Toni&Guy in Leatherhead and was given an appointment with a senior stylist for the next day.
Alison made suggestions for products for my hair, told me about the filtered water they use, thrilled with my hair cut, the softness of my hair , the chats and service.

Very happy with the service that I received. The hairdresser was patient, thorough and caring.

I was disappointed with my blow dry. I booked In for a £40 blow dry when I got asked if I wanted the curls tonged or blow dry I said whichever lasts longer. When I paid I was told it was £55 and when I asked why it was more I was told it was an extra £15 for the tongs. I think this should have been advised to me at the point I was asked which option I wanted. It was unclear and I felt like the pricing was not transparent. I was also disappointed as although all the ladies are lovely the curls didn’t last at all and it felt like a waste of money.

Have had my hair cut here regularly for years but it’s now priced me out.

Loved to be pampered even with a back massage while having my hair shampooed. Pleased with the cut and blow dry . Thanks to Amy

As always great atmosphere prompt and courteous service, from the hair wash to the cut nothing is too much. Style is always updated with new ideas from Maria so you don’t feel stuck with the same cut. Lovely drink selection and I always choose the scrumptious hot chocolate. Always a pleasure and always given 5 star treatment

Always a little scary visiting a new salon especially for a colour, but Amy was lovely and I've come away with a great colour, have now booked in for a cut and finish. Jasmin was also great with an express blowdry (it was refreshing not to be pressured into a full finish)
