I've known James for years and finally had the opportunity for him to do my hair. I was bowled over by the energy of the salon . Everyone seemed so happy, warm, welcoming...and made me feel really special. Getting ones haircut is a treat and this was most certainly that. I'm very particular about my hair and James absolutely nailed it. I left feeling thrilled with my hair cut. Amazing coffee, my fav sparkling water, super attentive staff all with a smile on their faces. I can't wait to go back in 3 weeks. James and his team really have got the formula cracked. Thank you. Excellent hairdresser, very nice guy and made me feel happy, relaxed and most of all, great haircut, and excellent advice for going forward with my hair and the style I want to finally achieve. The hair salon in oxshott is gorgeous! In every way, will not be going back to another salon any time soon

Over the past few years I have used this salon to have my hair, styled, coloured and had Keritin treatments and my hair has never looked better.
The stylists and all staff are welcoming and you are spoilt and pampered from the moment you arrive.

A wonderful experience, as always. The salon is very welcoming and feels very special. My hair wash was fabulous, the head massage was very welcome. Vicky always cuts my hair beautifully and I always feel like I am being looked after. She gives great hair care advice and styles/colour too. She is very talented and I feel in safe hands. I trust her implicitly and am happy to be guided on what she thinks best for me. There's a nice team feel at Clay.

I had a cut and finish today, Jack was the stylist. From beginning to end, it was a really great experience. I felt listened to and he made some really good suggestions. The shampoo was really relaxing and the whole experience felt very unhurried and relaxing. I'm really pleased with the end result and I will certainly be heading back there soon for colour and another cut.

Peter was a lovely, chatty stylist, cut my hair beautifully, will definitely use again.

I have been going to Clay for probably 3 years and a half, I have tried other salons in Guildford, Cobham and a couple others that I won't name but none of these compare with Clay.
Service is always excellent and staff always make you feel welcome.
I get colour, cut and blowdry most of the times and I always leave the salon happy.
I would definitely recommend it. They have very competitive prices too.

very happy with Jack's professionalism. Phoebe who washed my hair is a very kind person who tries very hard, but lacks finesse. water went into my ear (this is not the first time) and in the main she is not gentle enough with washing abd massaging and does not take her time. Someone should guide her through the steps and give her tips how she can be more gentle and less rough. this is not a complaint merely an observation how this girl needs guidance.

I had a full head of highlights yesterday and jack did a great job. I was under time pressure to fetch the kids and this meant I had to leave with wet hair. Normally when I have been to salons before they almost disallow you from leaving without wet hair which I understand as people leaving the salon are a walking advert upon exit. But nobody batted an eyelid and were incredibly accommodating for me being in a rush. Thank you! My fault for booking a time that was cutting it fine with school pick up. And of course the colour is great.

Really relaxed environment & very friendly. I have never been kept waiting. Colour looks great and cut is just what I asked for. A really nice place to spend an afternoon!

As usual my hair appointment with Kim was full of fun... The whole team make a huge effort to welcome you and every aspect of the experience is first class. My colour is perfect and have had lots of positive feedback on the style.

Booked an appointment for hi lites and was very satisfied with the whole experience. Curtious and knowledgable staff made me feel confident to return for further hair treatments.
