Daisie listened to what I wanted with my haircut, and I came out of the salon feeling like a new more trendy lady! So happy that I booked my next appointment before I left there! Very nice staff and Daisie is a brilliant stylist!!
Today was not a good experience, after waiting for 30 minutes with wet hair, no acknowledgement to say running late and I felt the cut was rushed
Firstly thank you for leaving a review, we appreciate all of them good and bad.
Secondly we would like to apologise for your experience in the salon on Saturday, I have spoken to Danielle and she is sorry that you had to sit and wait, she was running behind with a colour lady and should have apologised to you, it was lack of communication between our Saturday girl and Dani and she never told her you had been shampooed so Dani actually thought you hadn’t turned up. This being said all parties have been made aware.
You have been a long standing client of ours and again we are very sorry, I hope you accept our apology and please also accept 20% off your next visit to us. ?

Hayley washed and cut my hair. I'm 97years old, deaf and with a broken spine. She was so kind and understanding. I can't tell you how good it felt to be spruced up again. She is an angel.

Wendy has always done a great job on my hair - in recent times styling expertly (with a fascinator involved) for my son’s wedding. Having introduced a very anxious elderly friend to the salon in the past couple of years Wendy has dealt with her very sensitively so we are both extremely grateful to have Wendy as our hairdresser.

Had hair colours and trimmed at my normal hairdresser .sadly she cut to much off the front made it to thin and looked terrible .thanks to Danelle she cut it so it looks thicker and not like I had a basin on my head she done a lovely job and I'm going to her in the future.
Wendy was very attentive, taking more time to answer my request and my hair turned out much better than I had envisioned. I paid a price worthy of the work done.
I will definitely come back to the salon more often.

Jessica was very honest about my hair. I decided to have a good trim with wash and set in the end as originally I had wanted a perm but my hair and scalp are not up for it anymore. The salon is friendly and relaxing and she makes a lovely cup of coffee ☕ Will be going there again in the future.
