I was spoilt today as Eden put on my colour, Scarlet shampooed my hair and Clare gave me a great cut and blow dry.

Kierah did a consultation with me last week to discuss what to have done, colour, length, style and she was very helpful and kind.
Eden looked after me this morning and double checked everything with me from the notes. Was looked after, offered drinks, had a very peaceful time there while having everything done. Everyone is so friendly over at Charlie Browns,

This was Scarlett’s 2nd time doing my hair for training purposes. Much more confident this time and better volume. This was for training so value n/a but would say worth paying.

I had a very enjoyable first visit and will certainly return. My colour is lovely and suits me perfectly. My stylist discussed my requirements with me and offered several options. She was very polite and professional and I can see why they have so many regulars.

As ever Kierah listened carefully to what I wanted, a slight change of style and colour this time, and gave me a fabulous cut, colour and blowdry. When asked, Keirah calmly and confidently advised on what would suit me best. I have great faith in her judgement.

So so pleased with the colour correction Charlotte did on my hair today. It was almost black over 1/2 my hair and no amount of washing would remove it, I’m usually dark brown. Charlotte did an excellent job, explained everything to me and I left feeling extremely happy with my new hair colour. Highly recommend this salon all staff are fantastic and friendly.

I took into the salon a picture of a hairstyle that I thought might suit me and I asked Clare’s advice. She agreed and did a wonderful cut which I am thrilled with. Clare also advised of how to continue to look after the style. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.
