Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Katie discussed what I wanted and then did it, checking all the time to see if I was happy. Very nice experience

We discussed what I would like, length of cut. Hair was washed, dried, styled exactly as I wanted. Very pleased.

First visit. Very friendly staff. Talked through what I wanted to. I never felt the stylist was rushing. I’m very happy with the results.

Very professional- Charlotte blended some lovely colours into my hair - using beautiful subtle shades - it looks very natural

Katie very kind as I am disabled. She helped move around salon to get my hair cut, dyed. cleaned after dying it. Thank you Katie for superb work. My husband adores the colour too!

Great experience as ever

Katie spoke with me prior to shampooing as to how I wished my hair style to be. During cutting my hair she checked several times I was happy about the length of hair. Although I hadn’t booked a blow dry she kindly finished with a brief blast with the hair dryer enabling me to see the finished cut at its best. I am very pleased with the style and have booked another appointment for early June, with Katie.£

I am not very happy about today’s service.
I was on time but had to wait around 10 minutes as the stylist was busy was another client.
The stylist seemed new, it took very long time compared to previous visits. Also some gel or something was applied without asking and I asked for normal drier, not diffuser which didn’t dry my hair at all.
It took very long time today than usual so I couldn’t wait for more time for drying etc. as I had to get back to work.
Hope next time would be better. Thanks.

She is a brilliant hairdresser, she can do everything even extensions.

Charlotte remembered my name and last visit even though only my second appointment. Very friendly and discussed what I wanted, and did it. Very reasonable prices, clean and pleasant salon. A lovely, out of town hairdressers.

Kieran works well with my curls especially when they haven’t been cut for a few weeks. I always come out of the hair dressers with confidence knowing that they will be like that for a while
