Honestly cant fault this colour and cut from Charlotte. Any small tweaks she completely understood what I was looking for . Made recommendations to cover some of my grey and I am really pleased with the results. I felt Charlotte has a way or understanding what I want but will also make suggestions that might be better than what im looking for.

Kierah was good as usual, no complaints at all.
Scarlett was far too heavy handed when washing my hair that it hurt and I had to move away at one point. I wouldnât want her to wash or blow dry my hair at all
