I am so happy with my hair cut - thank you Sade!- after trying so many times to find a hairdresser who listens and understands my thick wavy hair, it was so amazing to walk out feeling like I had an excellent hair cut! I can’t recommend Sade enough. She took care to look at my hair in detail and listened carefully to all my previous problems with hair cuts and completely understood what I wanted to achieve. This morning was my first-time visit to The Academy in Claygate to have my hair coloured with Sarah. Sarah turned out to be a charming lady with a bubbly personality who cheered me up and lifted my spirits!!
On a skill and knowledge front, she is knowledgeable and almost a mind reader. She recommended a suitable colour for me which reflected what I had in mind. I went in feeling positive and came out feeling delighted with the choice of my Salon. Keep up the good work Girl! ????

Only my second time going to Georgia for trim and colour, after being with my previous wonderful stylist for 20 years. She has been amazing and really listened to me and offered lots of advice. I’m so very happy with the result and extremely relieved! She’s very artistic, talented and has particularly mature ideas for someone so young. It’s good not being fobbed off with something you don’t want. She has a real understanding of your individual requirements. Thank you ageorgia and I’m glad I found you after a friend recommended you! This is the fourth time I’ve been to Sammy and I really love the way she does my hair. I would be reluctant to let anyone else do it. I don’t have the easiest hair to work with and sammy always has the patience to do it properly.
Today an assistant called Channel helped dry and straighten my hait and she was lovely too.

I just got home from my hair appointment and I looked at my diary to see exactly what I had written down. So. When I had originally booked my appointment for 1pm today I was told I would pay £45 minus £10 discount as I had advised I had a text offer. Then I changed the time this morning from 1pm to 4pm and that’s all it was said in the call, I went to pay and it was £61 including the discount- so obviously when I changed the appointment time whoever answered the phone failed to tell me that my hair cut would be £26 more expensive. Is that the salon policy? I’m not sure this is honest. Sorry
